GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Went through the drive through. They took 3 orders from the other lane before me. Got to the window and my order of a large came with a medium drink. She did offer to correct but I was honest and said it hasn’t been right the last3 times so don’t bother. She got my meal bagged and seemed to double check my no lettuce request. Got home to find no lettuce sticker but extra lettuce. Please figure out how to get orders correct.

Many times when I use drive thru I’ll sit for long time without response then 1-2 cars pull on other lane and get service before me. Not sure if sensor is bad or they just don’t pay attention.Ive told them many times!! Also half time they serve fry’s taste like been in warmer for hours. I won’t use this location anymore!!!!

They closed at 8:00 PM due to maintenance. The drive thru line was very busy. Multiple cars sitting and waiting to order. Having no idea why orders were not.being taken. We drove sound to the window. And there they had a small sign with the explanation. We told them many cars are waiting. So they should.put a sign at the speaker, turn off the exterior lights , Or have the decency enough to communicate the pre mature closing to the line of people sitting outside. This conversation did not have any benefit because both workers we spoke to didn’t understand or speak fluent English. We left. Then passing back by 15 minutes later. There was still cars wrapped around the building waiting to order Unknowingly.

Thursday Oct 23 3pm walked in ordered on a tablet because they don’t have people working at the front anymore. While waiting I noticed the place filled with flies and if there’s 40 flies on the tables imagine how many are in the kitchen. I saw flies on the lids, flies on drink dispensers, trying to get in my food as they served it to me. Genuinely terrifying. At least I got a refund.

Worst one in town!! Went to get hotcakes and sat in drive thru for minutes without anyone saying anything, a truck pulls up at the next drive thru and immediately gets greeted. I drove away without ordering anything! Made me remember why I don’t eat there! Then when I tried to call and complain 3x the phone just rings and the voicemail is full. Bunch of crap

I made a mobile order at 10:25 in the morning and showed up to pick up my meal at 10:32 through the drive-through. When I picked that order up, I was handed my food and I smiled. As I was handed my drink a young man with glasses, brown hair and a goatee told me and I quote “next time you come here you better be here before 10:30 or we’re not going to serve you your food.” I was taken back by his comment, and I replied to him in a calm manner, young man next time you speak to somebody, you really shouldn’t tell them what they should or shouldn’t be doing when they’re going through a drive-through to pick up their food because you’re upset that they pick their food up Two minutes after you officially and breakfast. He began to repeat the same sentence and I cut him off and said you don’t talk to me like that I don’t know who you are but just because I’m picking my breakfast up a few minutes after 10:30am and I ordered it before breakfast ended because the app allowed me too. Then a lady pulled him away and began to talk to me as if I was a child. Trying to repeat the same light as him telling me that they will cut me off and not give me my food even though I ordered it on the mobile app if I’m there in the drive-through after 10:30 am. I understand the working fast food is not an easy job and I respect those who do it but there’s no way that anybody should ever talk to a customer like that because he’s literally two minutes past the official closing time to pick up his breakfast that he ordered before breakfast closing time. I will be calling McDonald’s corporate and making a complete and full complaint.

This McDonald’s is located near me and I have never really experience issues here. Well, at least not during the day time. In the evening, there is a lady manager that always gets my order wrong and gets so upset when I ask her to correct it and shuts her window in my face without a word. Sometimes my family and I visit for a late evening snack, but this time they went overboard with the M&M’s. I had to correct her last time because she got all the ice cream orders wrong and I somehow feel this is now targeted. I watched her put like 5 scoops of the M&M’s in there and I told her, but she said that’s how they always make them. Mind you, I used to work at McDonald’s, and this is not how they make them. One or two scoops is enough. Definitely need to put someone new to run the night time crew, because this chick is not it.

Orailia is by far the rudest manager i have ever had to speak with she has an extremely hostile demeanor we ordered 2 dr peppers with our it was the first thing we ordered and wasnt on the order at the end. We told orailia the at the second window when we had already paid. She was rude about them and us asking about them said she cant help us and told us to leave. Im at a loss for words she gave off the presence that she was going to hit us or throw something at us when we asked about the drinks. Im glad i do not go to this McDonalds ever. Only went because we took a friend to the heart doctor today.
