So I go to this location often and today I was completely caught off guard when my drink looked small. Anyway, I did a lot of research online and figured out what the lady was talking about. It’s the way the latte is written for McDonald’s that confuses some people because I go to this McDonald’s a lot and I usually get the bigger cup. I say the same thing almost every time I go and the cup sizes always different when I go so that’s why I was confused when she gave me the smaller cup that actually is I guess the cup that is supposed to be for that certain Request. But like I said every time I order the same thing the cup is different
Then I also ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese I got a burrito for a dollar. I got to the register looked at my receipt and I was charge more than I normally get charged in the morning when I go to this location I was not trying to get an extra sandwich I felt like the lady was being a little smart. Usually she’s very nice in the morning. I was just simply curious and wanted an explanation. I also said I am getting charged for a sandwich that I did not order. I literally said sausage egg McMuffin. They gave me a ham egg McMuffin they made it right but still this location is always confused in the morning. I probably more likely won’t go here anymore I’ve seen the reviews and I Shouldn’t get smart responses from a location when you’re just asking a simple question because online I’ve seen a bunch of confusion when you order an iced coffee it’s the wording that gets McDonald’s confused I guess but this is what I found online From a former employee from a different location, that’s what gave me better understanding about the coffee confusion
Former McDonald’s manager lol if you read the white label where it shows the different items the cup is used for the mcafe is the category a latte falls under. A lot of people think it’s just an iced coffee, however since it does contain espresso and is made using the espresso machine it is a mcafe item. The small size yellow label means it would be used to make a regular non specialty iced coffee
I gave a fair review because the lady has been nice most the time but today I didn’t appreciate the service for a simple question and for them giving me a different cup almost every morning that’s y people get confused. Anyway do better this location.

The guy taking the orders through the drive up with long brown hair and red nail polish kept telling me my total and first windows after everything i ordered like i was done ordering, so I didnt even get to finish my order cause he was too busy talking to whomever he was talking too.
When taking people’s order you should let them finisg ordering instead of cutting them off. This guy CLEALRY didnt wanna be at work or on drive through.

I ordered my favorite dessert, a hot fudge sundae. However, there was so little fudge, it was a big disappointment. A 1-star experience, but I have eaten at this McDonald’s before, and their burgers are fine.

Worst dinning experience of our lives. The restaurant is absolutely filthy, the staff are so rude I saw them make a child cry, no one seemed to to be assigned to work the front counter, the fries were cold, and 5 hours after our meal a family member got sick with tell tale signs of food poisoning; not surprising given the myriad of reviews across various platforms citing uncooked food and patrons getting sick shortly after their visit. The Colorado family that owns this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

I had a recent visit to your McDonald’s drive-through. I ordered a $5 meal with a Hot and Spicy McChicken, shortly after I had realized the hot annd spicy incorrectly contained cheese. After going back inside a young man helped me at the register i had assured him my hot and spicy had cheese on it he had took it back and gave me another one fresh moments later and apologized I went to a table and made sure it was correct, this second one I received also had cheese on it I became frustrated and went back up to the counter and told them this is wrong again I didn’t want cheese on it the a lady who’s at the food counter asked what was wrong with it I told her it had cheese on it, that I didn’t know it came with cheese she told me it didn’t and she asked what was wrong with the first one I told her both had cheese on them, she was a bit snappy they took it back again, moments later they gave me a third one i took it. At that point I didn’t even want it.

You know, I really love mcdonalds, I do. But every time I order a drink in the morning (redbull drinks or a coffee) they cant even bother to mix it for me. If i dont notice and take a sip i get a mouthful of syrup, chocolate or mango. Its honestly terrible and i didnt know people needed drink mixing lessons

My order was wrong, manament was extremely rude and unhelpful in correcting it. Did NOT get it right with three attempts. They are always RUDE at this location. I will never go to this location again. They deserve a minus 10 rating. The worst McDonald’s in the state.

I used to go to this McDonald’s all the time and have no issue, I don’t know what has happened to their management lately but it is HORRIBLE. The past THREE times I have tried to come here they have messed up my order. The first time, I arrive to pick up my online order and they let me know at the window that they’re out of French fries… how do you run out of French fries at McDonald’s in a small college town????? And of course I can’t get a refund through the app you have to talk to someone at the window, I wouldn’t have gone at all if I knew half of my meal wouldn’t be available. Then, I go another day and the fries were the only thing they got right! My cheeseburger was supposed to be plain and wasn’t and they gave me a regular coke instead of diet. And they don’t even automatically give you a straw anymore with the drink so how was I supposed to try it before I got home? By treating my large McDonald’s soda cup like a coffee and drink while driving like that?? Extremely angry that only one item was correct, and again since I didn’t check before getting home, I can’t get a refund through the app because they want you to do it in person. Because driving all the way back hangry and then bothering the poor cashier person is a good use of anyone’s time in a high traffic fast food drive through ♀️then, today because I lack brain cells and decide to give this location another shot, I make an online order and upon getting there see a note on the drive through speaker that they closed an HOUR ago. Why did the app let me order food when they’re closed?? And now I can’t even go immediately to another location because you can’t use deals within 15 minutes, even though I cancelled the order and didn’t even get the food the deal was for. This McDonald’s has SERIOUS management issues, how do you run out of staple menu items, get orders wrong, and close early???? Pick a struggle! Don’t waste your time coming here because they’ll manage to mess up every part of the experience.
