The service here is usually good but tonight I ordered a double quarter pounder and it was so pink it wasnt even edible, the inside was cold. Normally I like a medium burger from a restaurant but I will not trust a pink burger from here, those patties should be fully cooked and the fact that the burger was cold on the inside tells mee it was not fully cooked.

Usually I’ve had good experience here. Not tonight. We ordered two mcflurries, one had a long piece of plastic gasket from the machine, I almost chocked on it. I had to pull it out of my throat. We called twice to let them know that there could be more pieces in the machine and they should check, but we got hung up on twice. Shame really. Microplastics as well. Ew!

It’s amazing how long it takes to get what most people consider to be fast food. Consistently slow. My daughter asked a worker for Ketchup and she said just a minute. Walked from behind the counter where she could have grabbed a packet or two and went straight for the restroom. Had to wait another 5 minutes for another worker to come from behind the wall and she asked her. Finally got some Ketchup for her happy meal. Not a well run location at all

Ordered breakfast at 10:20am on the app, clicked I was already there so they would start “preparing” the order. Line was gridlocked and didn’t get to the speaker until 10:32am. They tell me they’re no longer serving breakfast, even though the order should have been started 12 minutes prior. They said all they could do is cancel the order, because apparently every single egg in the restaurant phases out of existence right at 10:30am. Look on my app when I get to work, order is still “waiting” for me to pick up, so they never actually canceled the order. And since I clicked that I was already there, and that they’re “preparing” the food, I can’t cancel the order on the app either. So now I have to call a manager just to cancel the order, because the line took 2 minutes too long.

This is an absolute terrible location. For people who are not tech savvy or don’t want to use the kiosk are out of luck. The kisoks are always out of paper so good luck knowing your order number. They are super slow at getting orders out. Items are always missing or made incorrect. New managers and staff are needed. Or better yet, just close this location.

The fact that someone burned this, looked at it and still wrapped it up and gave it to a customer tells you everything you need to know about this location! Had to drive all the way back to the store and they offered me nothing, no free hash brown of discount on my next visit, nothing! Just put the bag with the replacement on the counter and walked away. It’s a McDonalds off a major highway soooo expectations aren’t high in the slightest, but come on.

I visited this place for the first time. I think they’ve only just opened their doors. The place is clean, looks beautiful, and the customer service is top-notch. I’m very pleased with this fast-food restaurant.

EGGSHELLS IN MY FOOD!!! How disgusting! Ordered a egg Mcmuffin and felt a crunch. At first I thought it was from the bread as the bread was burnt, but after the second crunchy texture I looked inside and found eggshells inside my egg! And to think this place just opened and already has poor service! Maybe they should have trained their workers more before rushing to open. Just make sure that if you go here, you check your food.

Had my 3 small grandchildren with me so used the app and selected table service. After longer than it should have taken,?a worker was walking around the small dining area calling out something that I didn’t understand but I could tell she had 2 drinks like I ordered so I raised my hand and called out to her. She brusquely put the bag of food on the table and walked away. I’m not sure why the food was served in a bag nor do I understand why the label slapped on the side of the bag clearly says table 106. Just crappy service and on top of that there were no napkins in the bag so I had to leave my two small grandchildren at the table to walk up to the front and wait for someone to come to what used to be cash registers to get some napkins for us Highly unimpressed
