Terrible! After standing at the counter and not being helped for almost 10 minutes, watching at least 5 employees standing around talking and laughing with other employees, I was finally helped and informed that per new company policy, they no longer offer free refills.

Service was slow, not to mention not stellar customer service. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for my order, not what I would consider fast food. I dropped in somewhat late ~9:30 pm and the place was overrun with crackheads. No wonder they have to keep the restrooms locked! Was kinda surprised to discover that, considering it appears to be in a nice part of town (albeit from an outsider’s perspective).

I’ve been going to different McDonald’s for years. I’m not sure what it is about this one. I order through the mobile app with modifications and the order is correct and hot every. Single. Time. I’ve been coming to this location for years and they’ve always been the best location in the area. I recommend ordering mobile drive-thru with the app. It makes it easier for employees, it’s more accurate, and quicker for you too.

I really dislike when my Big Mac is Warm ~ cheese not even melted that should tell you right there the burger is luke warm / fries were ok, but not hot hot. Oh needed more napkins I’m invisible after a bit of standing there had to Ask for them.

I know it’s McDonald’s so obviously not expecting much. Ordered the big Mac pack, with 40 nuggies, 2 big Macs, and a couple of fries. There was enough sauce for the chicken nuggets…. If they gave us the 40. They only gave us one 20 piece, and when it came to the mac’s, lol just look at the pictures. Again, it’s just a McDonald’s, but missing half the chicken nuggets, and having hardly anything on the burger ( bun on bun action), I’m just laughing at this honestly

This restaurant is filthy. I was going to sit while I had time to eat.. however every table was dirty. The atmosphere looks cold and dingy the restroom was horrible. The changing table so filthy..no woman should ever put her child on that..disgusted.

Terrible customer service. It’s always very slow frequently order is wrong. I finally had it today. I ordered a large combo and paid but they gave me a medium. I told him I ordered a large and he says no you paid for a medium. I asked how much it was to verify I did in fact pay for a medium since I was never offered a receipt. He says it’s about a 30 cent difference. Welp you got this review for 30 cents.
