Something happened recently to this McDonald’s and customer service has gone downhill. I typically order a fish filet sandwich with extra tartar sauce because I’m here to get fat, right? Tell me why I have to pay 30 cents for extra sauce and it doesn’t even come on it, then when I ask for the extra they want to charge me ANOTHER dollar? I’m happy to pay for the extra if I actually get it, but why are you charging me for something I already paid for?!

I work near here but will NEVER be back. I have been to this location 3 times. Of those 3 times I have been given RAW food TWICE! The first time 2 of my chicken nuggets in my 10 piece were raw in the middle. I chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I went everything was fine. Today I went there for lunch, ordered a double quarter pounder meal and was asked to wait so they could cook the patties. Great, no worries, whatever. They bring me my food, I go back to work, get to my desk and take a giant bite out of my burger and BOTH MY PATTIES ARE RAW!!!!!! I am so done. I better not get sick.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s location. While ordering through the drive-thru, the staff spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The interaction was so unpleasant that it made me cancel my order.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer service training, as this behavior does not reflect the standards of McDonald’s.

At drive thru, they got our order wrong. Quarter pounder DELUXE was not a deluxe. But, of course you don’t figure that out until you’re miles away.
What I did notice was there were no straws for our 4 drinks. So had to go back through drive through line and waste another 5 minutes to get those as we discovered this mistake after we pulled away from the window. I guess it’s a lot to expect that they would give us straws if you order a drink like Chick-Fil-A or In and Out does every time.
Had to ask for ketchup for our 5 orders of fries as well. Who would have guessed that someone in the car might want ketchup with that many orders?
Avoid this location for a few weeks until these current losers get fired or quit.

Half filled large French frys served cold, are less than desirable app deal or not. They’re fast and friendly but you get jipped on the frys size. Last visit was different than before. I upped my review 2 stars over 3 categories, with merit.
**Recent update 10.28.25. soda seems to be getting a little better at drive thru, not lobby though. Alexis aaron and 2nd shift managers, gets a star added to previous. 2
Your soda containers need to both be replaced. At the dans exact times. For everything but the tea.
Its all uncommonly flat, sprite coke, orange Dr pepper. . Mcdees soda, is not supposed to be.

I stopped in at this location during the early morning to get a hot breakfast and warm up but THE AC IS BLASTING like its mid-June despite the fact that the temperature outside is nearly freezing! I complained to one of the associates about it and she just looked at me with a cold expression (pun intended) and flat out told me that she couldn’t do anything about it. I am sitting at the table with a winter jacket and earmuffs on but I’m still FREEZING!What a terrible experience!

STAY AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!
Honestly… Just stop pulling into the parking spots when they ask. What’s the point of the drive thru if I have to park every single time. I’m not parking anymore if I have to go there again. They need to learn how to work the drive thru and the only way is to stay at the window until your food is ready.

Apart from each time I’ve gotten poor quality food, this time they’re not even serving people from the drive thru. Everybody has to park and wait. There’s no sense of customer service as in they don’t try to rush. They take their time walking the food out one by one. Terrible operations

I’m on a lunch break from work, ordered through the app, got my food from the drive thru. Double quarter pounder with cheese and a large sweet tea. I get back to work and realize they gave me a single quarter pounder, half filled medium fry and sweet tea. The only thing they got right was the sweet tea. There was nobody inside and two cars in front of me got their order and left. Looked like really small orders. The woman at the window hands me my tea and tells me to go park. There was nobody else in the line, why do I have to park. Park and 30 seconds later a guy brings my food. Why did I have to park when I went through the drive thru when nobody else was around?! I went back and the pregnant girl handling the food looked like she was hanging out more than working. She looked the most confused out of everybody. I get my sandwich and there’s still fries in it. Wasteful because I don’t want them. This place is a waste of money and lowers the image of mcdonalds all together. I had 5 minutes left for my lunch break because of them. I have never felt so unsettled by the atmosphere in a mcdonalds before also.

Incapable of reading at this location. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with no pickles. They subbed the mustard for mayo, added tomatoes as well as pickles, then REFUSED to give me a refund over the phone and made me bring the entire order back. They checked everything to see if I ate any of it, and only then did they give me a refund. Rudest and most incompetent workers ever, entire staff needs to be fired and replaced as there’s constant issues here.
