Why can’t the food you receive look half as appetizing as the photos on the menu?

Not that we can expect much better, but this may be the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve had yet. I’ll never understand why they ask what sauce we want if they’re not going to deliver. If you’re going to park someone for their order, make sure you’re getting it right!
We got 3 of the 4 nuggets in the happy meal, no sauce, and they didn’t ask if we wanted apples for the “extra side”.
The shake tasted like strawberry, instead of chocolate, though it looked like chocolate.

I ordered food for myself and my kids to have a quick dinner before I go work my overnight job. I waited along time to get my food which is fine because at least it’s fresh. I was given my order and the person who delivered repeated the order to me as they gave me my food I got back home and was missing one of my kids 10 piece nuggets from the combo. I called and had to drive 15 minutes back to get the nuggets the manager was matter a fact and could not care less. This made me late to work and I could not have dinner with my kids because of the mistake and management could care less.

Had to wait 20 minutes for our food, when it came out it wasn’t even fresh it was still cold, the sandwich was constructed poorly and there was even a bit taken out of it. I am appalled and disgusted by this. This standards of McDonald’s and I will never come back here. Also they forgot our sauce.

Everytime I come here its very awful. Last week I came ordered a meal with a strawberry shake and got mango. Brushed it off because I work in food service and understand sometimes things get messed up but just went again 5 minutes ago ordered 2 mcdoubles and a med fry. Paid 11.25 and only got one sandwhich and the fries were nasty….tried to call and noone answered. Whoever the manager is needs to get better workers! Do not recommend coming here! Downright awful

Quarter pounder Burgers were raw almost not even cooked at all. Fast food is slowly down spiraling and it’s because of the lack of care from employees. Management needs to get this location together, not the first time there have been problems. Last time my kids fries were completely cold.

Well it was not the greatest u ask for extra pickle they put add 3 pickle and you only get 3 pickles 1st of all then you get a dry sandwich that looks like it was put together by a 3 year old with tiny tomatoes and don’t get me started on the bbq sauce that you ask for 3 times and still have to go inside to get!!
