If you are ever considering getting McDonald’s please avoid this one, they do not deserve your business. There are plenty of McDonald’s within a 5 mile radius with better service. I was paying for my food in the drive thru at this specific McDonald’s and when the teenage employee went to hand my card back to me, she dropped it, and smacked it into the Ronald McDonald House donation bin.. I was in absolute shock. To make matters worse they somehow do not have a key to get into the donation box that they placed right underneath the drive thru window. I gave them my information and was told to come back the next day and was told they would be calling whoever they needed to come down to open the box to retrieve my card. Basically a “Whoops sorry we lost your card right in front of you, sorry about your luck.” We came back the next day only to have the rudest General Manager I have ever met inform me that they “Can’t get in contact with the Manager that has the number to the charity house because they can’t call her because she has weekends off and she will be in on Monday.” So she refused to even make an attempt to contact the keyholders of the donation box, and told me she didn’t want to interrupt her manager on her day off. Absolutely unacceptable. They had no intention of ever making it right, I basically payed them for my food and then they stole my card at that point. So I informed them I would be following up with the Police because it is now stolen property. It was only after my fiance and I called the police that the Manager came back outside and said she finally called the manager with the number for the lockbox people and then proceeded to be rude and argue with us when I told her that was not enough at this point I do not trust them to do the right thing anymore. I have never seen a grown woman that acted more childish. When the police came she kept popping back out to try to interrupt me like a little kid scared they were going to get in trouble with their parents when their sibling tells on them for drawing on the wall.. After we informed the police officer of the situation she agreed with us and got in contact with the people who open the donation bins, and passed through my information to them after the General Manager refused to make an attempt earlier. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with minimum wage employees, but the lack of urgency, the lack of accountability, and disrespect we received over a mistake that they made with no intention of making it right is absolutely unacceptable. Couldn’t even toss me some apple dippers just looked at me like I’m the jerk because they lost my card. Again if you have the option do not ever go to this McDonald’s if you have the choice, they mess up orders religiously anyway, and if you do, always use the mobile app these McDonald’s workers cannot be trusted with your money.

McDonald’s customer service is a joke and the managers are rude when you call this store I order a delivery to my home. I contacted DoorDash as paper was cooked into my burger and was asked if the bag was sealed I said yes it was I called tried to explain my situation to what I was told was a manager and she screamed at me to call door dash I advised I was told to call the store who made the food. She again told me to call DoorDash as it’s not their fault so I guess door dash goes in and cooks the food now that you get and Mac Donald’s is not responsible for handing out bad product just look what I was served stay away from this store and if who ever the lunch manager was on 10-21-25 @ 12:28pm would not give me her name when asked pretended not to hear me should be taught how to treat a customer or fired period I would never have her represent my company!!!

I ordered a McDouble no onion and it came with onions on it no problem. I went in to have it remade and waited for 10 min, and when I asked for my money back because it was taking too long, magical it was in a bag and ready. Only thanks to the store manger that had to get up from her meeting to figure it out. The store manger was good everyone else was not

Zero for Management Here. They deescalated, us asking for sauce. We are no longer allowed sauce. It’s for nuggets only per MOD. After calling the store to complain about management treatment, she hung up on me multiple times. I told her I was recording the conversation.
She then called me back on my personal number. (I say this because she wouldn’t give me anyones name or number for someone above her or even for herself. She kept telling me i can’t give out personal information.)(she only called me back because I told her I was recording her)
When she called me back she asked how can I help you I asked for a corporate number or someone else to speak to. She said to call the 1800 number on the receipt. There is No 800 number!

Lady you acted horrible over one Buffalo sauce!

So I don’t normally leave a review for fast food, but my spouse & I were both so impressed with the employees that we dealt with that I wanted to leave a review for them. We went thru the drive thru on Sept 21, 2025 at 9:39am & had the most pleasant interaction with both of their young women that were working at both windows. They were both so welcoming with their smiles and kindness that when we drove away we just looked at each other and were both happier ourselves having had the kind exchange with both of the girls. Fantastic customer service! I have to say probably the best we’ve ever experienced with a fast food drive thru. It was infectious to be treated with that happy attitude & it started our day out on such a positive note. The food was the same as it always is with McDonalds- no complaints there, but the customer service was absolutely amazing. They took pride in their jobs and did them very well. Thank you girls!!

Went back once literally to get a drink and they can’t even get the drink correct, they don’t know what it is when it’s visible on their menu, Orders always wrong and or cold cold.. I Will look for the next closest mcdonald’s. This location Should be closed down. There needs to be laws against people faking reviews to give a store positive reviews when most reviews are one star

Argument could be made it’s 3.5 stars-worthy imho, but that is to err on the generous side. This location, for me, represents: proximity to/from my home; less busy than others (ex. 120th & Colo Blvd). I do tend to double check my order here; even moreso than usual. Something as simple as a no slivered onion request – far from a guarantee of an onion-free experience.

That said, staff has.. almost.. always been quite courteous. A few outliers. My kiddo loves “Uh-Donawds” fries, so for both of our sake, I kindly notify them that we are happy to patienly wait to ensure we don’t get stuck with cold/flacid/floppy papas fritas and about half or 2/3 of the time I simply have to pull into one of the few designated “waitin spots” (though typically just enough for this location)

Speaking of happy, the Happy Meals seemingly never fail to make my kiddo feel… wait for it.. satisfactory. I, arguably sadly, got excited over the return of the McRib. Partly due to just desiring anything “different” from the routine. I don’t kid myself to thinking we’re dealing with Prime Rib here.. ir really anything prime.. or rib for that matter.. but them thangs is delicious!

Very quick through the drive thru and the cheeseburger and fries were perfect. My friend also ordered and he’s very picky and they didn’t mess up the order at all which is huge because other McDonald’s is almost always a given.

Have come here a few times, as a customer and Uber Eats driver. Service has always been wonderful! Once when they were doing construction on their drive lane, they were running orders to us drivers. The other day the app was down for my friend and I. We couldn’t log in at the kiosk either. There’s a $1 breakfast sandwich deal I wanted. Claudia understood our dilemna and took great care of us, thank you! Looking forward to coming back

Worst location ever, they always take forever. Can never “find my orders” that I place on the app. Today I called and the manager literally told me “Oh my God!” Because I told her my dad had been there for 20 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. Also ordered a slush which they didn’t give us. Super disappointed
