Gave someone else my order that cut infront of me and I had to wait 30 min for the cars behind me what a joke. I won’t be returning. Never got my food and when I asked for a refund. I didn’t even get a full refund.

Placed an order through doordash called the restaurant with a question, and the girl kept asking for a code, and I explained to her that doordash does not give out a code to the customer. She asked for it again, so I tried to tell her my order. Maybe they could find it that way, and she hung up on me bad customer service. Our interaction didn’t last more than 30 seconds before she hung up she obviously doesn’t care about the customer. Why hire people with low motivation to work.

It’s McDonald’s. The staff wasn’t overly friendly but not quite rude. The food was not what we ordered on both burgers but the drive thru line was way too long to go back through and we were on lunch so couldn’t go in due to time constraints. Even if this got to an owner or manager I’m sure nothing would be done as that seems the way of fast food.

Staff almost always doesn’t know English, I was told to pull to the second pickup window for two oatmeal’s during breakfast hours. They kept my card, then proceeded to hand my credit card and food to the car in front of me, no questions asked to those people. Then shrugs his shoulders like he didn’t care when I honked and yelled that’s my card that the folks in the car had no problem grabbing. They seem confused and lost all the time, not going to this location ever again, their staff sucks.

Try ordering breakfast this morning and was told my order apparently was not in the system although being charged $25.87! Two different dashers tried picking up said order and was told that the order does not exist! Then how are two different dashers going to your location to pick up said order with the order on their phone?! Then when asked to speak to a manager was told that they don’t speak English! Okay no issues I speak Spanish very well but this is honestly sad what if I didn’t speak Spanish? Why am I speaking to someone who wouldn’t know how to handle a customer complaint. Then to be told that they’re unable to search for my order with out an order number when one isn’t given is crazy. I’ve worked for a restaurant before and you’re able to search an order by the customers name. If you’re lazy just so.

I gave this place so many chances since it’s the closest. But everytime within the last year there has been something wrong with my order. I’m talking missed sauces/items, got a coffee instead of a shake, burgers swimming in grease or dried out to crispy. The funniest one so far happened today when I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions. Take a guess what I received? A hamburger (no cheese) slathered in onions I give up. Which honestly was probably the employees’ goal anyways. They are slammed all the time and seem to take it out on not preparing orders correctly.

One of the worst mcdonalds experiences I have ever had. Manager 8700 Washington told me to go to 84th location for my mobile order because the manager working said they were closed and didn’t know how to cancel mobile order. She shrieked and said the other location had to fill my order. Employee at 84th location at drive thru at 7:15amish told me it was 8700 Washington problem not theirs, they refused to fill my order saying no it wasn’t their problem. I have never been so disrespected by mcdonalds and they didn’t help me cancel/refund order. Mcdonalds app doesn’t have a cancel order either.
