All the employees need to be re-trained specially the “managers” who are on their phone while running the food to the drive thru . No one ever worries about the guest inside the restaurant. Every time I come here same issue in the past 2 months . You have costumer standing in the front for 10-15 minutes till someone acknowledges them. I am submitting this statement to formally document an incident involving a McDonald’s employee whose conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful. The employee, a female appearing to be in her mid-twenties and wearing an FB County jacket, displayed a dismissive and discourteous attitude throughout our interaction.
Despite my attempts to clearly explain my order, the employee failed to listen, interrupted me, and did not make any effort to correct or acknowledge the issue. Her behavior was abrupt and lacked basic customer service standards.
I have patronized McDonald’s locations on numerous occasions and have never previously experienced an issue of this nature with any employee. This incident was an isolated occurrence and stood out due to the employee’s unwillingness to listen and her overall lack of professionalism.
I believe this matter warrants review to ensure appropriate customer service expectations are upheld.

Steven the manager is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. My family and I after a long day stopped to get a quick dinner this turned into a 30 minute issue with Steven.
The 2nd window had asked that we park in slot two. The car behind us was directed to slot 3. Steven came out and was rude from the start. We told him he was handing us the wrong order and told him what we had ordered. He argued with us. Told us that he didn’t know what to tell us that “sometimes they order it wrong” he didn’t wait for us to show our receipt just gave our food to the car next to us and left. Our receipt # clearly didn’t match the order # on the bag and the food in the bag didn’t match our order. He continued to threaten us when we came in to get our order corrected. We will be reporting Steven to his higher management I suggest anyone else with a bad experience with Steven do the same.

The manager was amazing. we had placed an online order that had gotten stolen and when we came in we got met with amazing service, as he heard out the whole situation and solved it, they remade our whole order and gave it to us without a second doubt or any extra charge, not to mention as well as meeting us with friendly service! will be coming again! thank you so very much to that amazing manager!

I don’t understand why even have a kids play area when 9/10 times you have all their workers occupying all the tables with their laptops using up all the tables! Common sense would be to conduct your meetings in an office area not where customers sit or bring their families. This seems to be a recurring problem only at this McDonald’s and not other ones where common sense seems to be followed.

I went to this location and had a pretty big order. My card didn’t work at first and i had to run it again. There was a girl in her mid twenties wearing an FB county jacket and loads of makeup. She had attitude from the beginning. She kept trying to hand me the wrong drinks and was very rude. I told her my order and she completely ignored me. She didn’t greet me and stared at me when I left without saying goodbye. Her attitude and behavior was unacceptable and she shouldn’t be working directly with customers if she treats everyone like that

I eat at this McDonald 3 times a week maybe more and everytime I order it could be just a drink and they make me park at the mobile order and make me wait for my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. If I wanted to mobile order I would. Drive thru is drive through get the food out and let me go instead they take your money and hold you hostage. If I wanted to wait for my food I would go in. When I do go in the food comes out faster than when I order in the drive thru. Just close it down I’d rather drive to the one on wadsworth.

Don’t waste your time if you want speed and make an online order it will take 20 minutes for your food to be subpar, and you’ll watch 20 other people get their food when you’ve put in an online order.
