I ordered the Mcchicken sandwich A, well that’s not what I got. They gave me 2 burnt buns on the inside, two little pickles and an overdon piece of chicken.
It’s clear from all the complaints, employees who don’t speak English and the terrible food McDonald’s and this franchise owner care more about saving money, then serving their customers.
I will never ever be back, Burger. King’s quality has never suffered, and that’s where I will be, where the food actually tastes and looks great.

Been here several times and the opening staff is always rude. Ordered a large meal and it was halfway put together with the wrong toppings for the drink and the fries being half empty. Paid extra to have a specialty meal and instead i get this mediocre quality service.

I ordered through the app. Quarter pounder with cheese and two mcchickens. It was one of the longest wait times, while at the window , that I’ve had here. I get home only to find my sandwich raw. I used my rewards for this and now they are gone and wasted again.

I was actually about to increase my ratings for them because they had started being consistently accurate, but that was short lived. I ordered breakfast for myself and a few coworkers. I checked the bag and it appeared to have everything. When I got to work I found that the only thing they got right was the hash browns for 3 meals. Both ice coffees were gross and unflavored. All 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. Medium orange juice but was given a small. 3 mcgriddles but was given 3 mcmuffins
and none of customizations with it. It’s sadly whenever the younger girls are working. The older guys seem to get it right when I go. I’m getting tired of wasting money on bs service and lazy employees.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a shake that was stirred at this location. When I ask them they just say that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’ve never had this issue with other locations. It was worse with the shamrock shakes. They made me sick from getting nothing but syrup through the straw.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru after a mobile order for a quarter pounder and a mcchicken. They brought my food only after finishing the order behind me. Prime example of the lack of management in these stores.
JUST BIT INTO A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY QUARTER POUNDER!!! (9/29/24)
I’ve ordered the same sandwich numerous times through uber and each time I get some smashed tiny piece of overcooked chicken. It’s very disappointing that i never get a decent sandwich.
Next visit: I got an undercooked burger and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for just a sweet tea. They already gave me my food… Why am I waiting ten times the amount of time for just a sweet tea?
Update(9/29/24): I don’t know how many issues this place has but its getting consistently worse. They honestly can’t get a sweet tea right. They hand me a sweet tea in drive thru and the bottom third of the cup was separated from the tea in a weird watery swirl of something unusual. I get sweet tea each time I do visit and it’s never like that. I hand it back and ask for a new one. The lady tells me that they don’t have anymore and if I’m ok with unsweet. I say no. A staff runs out to the front and comes a about 2 minutes later with an unseparated tea. Turns out she ran to the front just to grab me an unsweet tea.
So not only did they have an attitude about it, they admit to giving me whatever was left at the bottom of the dispenser. I’ve only been a handful of times since the last update. Why is it this terrible. Just shut down if you can’t even get a sweet tea right. Now I also have a stain on my seat because they put my quarter pounder in the bag sideways.

They don’t change the grease they use to make the fries nearly as often as they should smh. The fries literally ALWAYS taste like old grease! Not to mention every time I order a burger the bread is burnt! My small children and I literally live around the corner from this McDonalds and it would be soooo convenient if I could go to this McDonald’s instead of the one closest to Mississippi and Havana just because something is ALWAYS wrong with the food

Ordered table service, food was out instantly. Refused to give me a tray and tried to get me to take my meal to go. First burger the Meat was cold, cheese want even melted/ stuck to meat or bun, and a ton of ketchup. Second Burger came out need almost tasted Rancid and it looks like they’ve dumped an entire packet of pepper on the base, then completely forgot the ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion. Just meet, cheese, bun, and 3-4x more pepper than I’ve ever had from McDonald’s.
frozen drink werent even 3/4 full and i don’t mean melted they just never filled it all the way. I oxered a large but i got a small-medium amount. Order had fries were burnt yet cold. It’s a if they are pre-cooking things an hour prior then setting them out until someone orders. Restaurant was empty, yet floors and tables were dirty. Bathroom smelt like someone left pee in the toilet overnight, and staff was just rude.
The chicken nuggets were the only thing sort of fresh tasting. Mind you, they forgot the sauce so I had to go back and ask, where I got a mild attitude about it, but I finally got my sauce.
In the time I sat there to enjoy my meal, despite the staff, I watched a total of 4 people in 30 minutes, 3 of which had issues with their meal (missing or incorrect items)

This McDonald’s really sucks. The lady put in my order wrong and then threw it together my cheese was not even melted or attempted to be melted. Nobody is at the front counter and it’s not even busy.

Carlos Flores deliberately overcharged me on my meal and then proceeded to insult me when I corrected him. This man is not supposed to be working as a manager. He is clearly disrespectful and does not know how to speak English clearly enough to take orders effectively.

Very rude management, I had place a mobile order and because my baby fell asleep in the car I thought I would go through drive-through and the lady was so rude and said I would have to get it inside the store, I go in and I hear the manager with the staff laughing and saying I’m so dumb and rude in Spanish like if I didn’t understand. I’m a Mexican of course I understood what they were saying about me. Never coming back and definitely not recommending this location, I’ll drive more miles for better service

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s every morning and never really have a problem this morning I rolled through at 5:35 a.m. the guy at the front window started yelling at me saying I didn’t give him the right mobile code. He literally kept yelling at me and wouldn’t let me give him the code I had on my phone I had to leave I was there for 5 minutes trying to place a two item order I am done with this place
