Worst experience in my entire life . Literally called corporate while dealing with them in the drive thru! I’ve never seen anything like this suppose to be “quarter pounder” I simply wanted my money back and they got mad tried to refuse giving me a refund. Told me I ate half the fries cause their staff would’ve never filled those boxes half way …mind you I never even touched the fry bag … I was too busy taking pictures …all while still in the drive thru… Called me a liar and demanded I give back all their food ..and told me if I wanted free food I could have just said so.. only partially refunded me… Keep in mind I gave everything back so I never got any free food smh…. L

First let me start off with the rude manager. Didn’t get her name but she was working the evening shift on 11/28.
I walked in with my husband and two kids, I walked up to the manager and asked her for the code the bathroom. She rudely snaps at me and says CUSTOMERS ONLY YOU NEED TO BUY SOMETHING. So I explained how that exactly why we came in, but me and daughter need to use the restroom first. So she then waves her and says FINE THEN. So I AGAIN asked for the code, and she finally says they’ll unlock it.
Absolutely no need for the rudeness and drama. I get you probably have a lot of homeless and whatever. But I CLEARLY WASNT THAT.
2nd. My husband had ordered a frappe and they only filled it up 3/4 of the way and filled the rest with whipped cream.
Cheapskates if you ask me, and the fries were old and crappy.

I paid $25 for breakfast for two people. At window 2, the employee handed me the wrong coffee with an unsecured lid, which spilled all over my hand. When I asked for his name, he refused and laughed at me. I requested to speak with the manager, and he sent over a coworker who pretended to be the manager. This person then admitted they were not actually the manager, said the real manager was not available, and told me I would need to call if I wanted to speak with someone. I left with my burned hand, left an unanswered voicemail, and completed the survey, yet no one has called me back. This experience has completely undermined 30 years of being a McDonald’s customer. I will never return.

Stopped at this McDonald’s with my family during a trip from Baltimore to Breckenridge Colorado so my nephew and daughter could use the restroom. Like most travelers, we assumed restroom access wouldn’t be an issue. We were told bathrooms were for customers only, so we immediately purchased items.
Even after purchasing, the employee acknowledged he needed to unlock both restrooms but refused to open the women’s restroom, despite my daughter needing to use it. There was no explanation, no urgency, and no effort to resolve the situation.
Denying restroom access to children—especially after a purchase—is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. Road-tripping families should not be treated this way. Very disappointing experience.

So I don’t have a problem with Hispanic workers. But I do have a problem when they don’t try to understand your order
I come in to get food. Wanted to try the new hot honey McCrispy. Got it with a meal. Wanted a coffee with it. They said they didn’t have any of the sugars for the coffee. So I said let me get a sweet tea instead. I guess they thought that meant I just wanted a sweet tea go to the next window and then they have to charge me again for my meal receive my food and it looks like it’s been just slapped together as quick as can be with literally none of the honey sauce on it whatsoever. It looked like three little crispy jalapenos that they picked up off the floor and the lettuce was literally not even on the sandwich. It was just in the box. We’ll never be coming here again

I walked in to this McDonald’s and ordered my food with a couple sauces and they got it wrong I went up to tell them about it and were rude about it.ive never heard about ordering specific types of food to get my sauces. The manager there was arguing to the people I came in with and demanded us to order nuggets to get what we wanted. But this has never happened at any locations I’ve been too except this one. The place was dirty I sat down to eat and there was hairs all over the table I left immediately after seeing that. Did not want to be here and left as soon as possible

This place has messed up my order multiple times. Very poor customer service. Recently I ordered a double hamburger and they gave me a single burger when I got home I noticed. I went back the next day and showed them a picture and the manager which probably doesnt speak any English, gives me a single hamburger again and I showed her again that it should be a double hamburger. She said yes it was single burger before and one more single makes it a double hamburger. She needs to be fired with her poor customer service. Thats ridiculous.

DO NOT GO HERE. I dont usually because they always mess up my order but its the only one on my way home. I just went through the drive thru. Bought 2 grinch meals. 1 with a big mack w/o cheese one with nuggets. They didnt put the big mack in the box. When I got home I notice and called 3 times and no one answered the phone. These are $15 meals and its bullshit that they were in there laughing and screaming and not doing thier job or even paying attention to what they are doing. . DO BETTER. Get better staff especially management. They were the runners putting the orders together.

This place sucks i came inside so my kids can play and i can charge my phone and theres not one outlet. Something wierd happend here.. someone from the macdonals crew and older lady walked into the kids area. Crew member walked with a bucket and a rose she dripped something liquid on a door a d older lady splashed some in the kids playground. And then they did it outside. Idk but if my kids start getting possessed ima sue macdonalds
