I am dissapointent with my services from this store again. This place is discussing, and theres always employees standing around. Also, I’ve waited for food from them for 20 + mins multiple times. And on this ocation they didn’t serve me. I used to work for mcdonalds, and they told me it was a compony policy to serve people while the sign is light. So if thers 4 of u not working while the sign is on, tell me why i should pay for your car insurance? Even when it’s late, i know yall can/should serve ppl with the system down ik the company would make me! Also, as i drove off, the enployee cussed me out, calling me offensive terms while still employed and in uniform. Im apauled and didn’t know my respect for mcdonalds could get any lower being threw there myself. This is probably my last staw and will b boy coutt ing mcy d’s and employ you to viewer as well. Absolut disgraceful and disgraceful as well as repulsive franchise.

Our order look like it had been sitting there for awhile and this was drive up service. It tasted terrible. The employee just stuck our order out the window with her back turn away while her and another girl were having a funny conversation. There wad no regards to the paying customer with a thank you or have a nice day or thanks for choosing McDonald’s. I won t be visiting that particular site again.

The people are nice, the play place is the best out of all McDonald’s for toddlers and little ones, but they do not have/use air conditioning in the play area. It’s a glass room and when you walk in it’s an oven.

I would rate it a 0 because they took 25 minutes to make a fish sandwich and did not even stop to ask if I needed something while I was standing at the counter. They did not get the sweet and sour sauce that I ordered. The fries were cold. They did not give me a diet Dr Pepper like I ordered. This is also a warning to diabetics that eat at this location to check that your drink is truly diet.

This McDonald’s showed its open 24 hours on Google maps and even showed “hours recently updated by the owners”. Well, here’s 1am and I’m sitting in the parking lot, as one of the supposedly only late night food options in the sleepy city of Denver according to Google maps, and it’s closed. Why do they lie about their operating hours? Why bother posting its 24 hrs every day of the week, if it’s not. It’s going to mislead so many late night, disappointed customers. If you cared about your customers, you would post accurate open times on Google maps for your McDonald’s!

At the drive through, on 92nd and Federal in Federal Heights I was overcharged for my order. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the young lady said, “I don’t make the prices; that’s what the price is.” Then she shut the window while I tried to find out more information. She just walked away, cutting me off in mid-sentence! I confronted this extreme disrespect with her manager. She didn’t give me any hint of an apology. I will never return to this place.
