Ya know, as odd as it is to review a fast food joint, there are specific times when the people working make the experience worth a review.
The morning crew here (around the 0500 time frame) are outstanding. Always have been calm, polite, smiles, and more. Two ladies and two gents. They deserve a bonus or some form of compensation for the exceptional service that they have provided. It’s not easy working at such establishments, and often times they are not rewarded as they should be.
I hope someone from the franchise or ownership sees this review and acts accordingly.
Thank you to the crew for the service and smiles. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely terrible experience!! I have ordered through the mobile app twice and both times it did not allow me to select which location I was ordering from. On both occasions I ordered around 9pm, and I was served an undercooked burger. Raw!! Receiving food that is not properly cooked once is concerning, but having it happen twice points to a serious lack of quality control and food safety standards. (Incompetent employees)

The fries tasted stale, as if they had been sitting for an extended period of time, and basic items such as straws and napkins were missing from the order. Obviously this location demonstrates a clear disregard for food safety and customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding these repeated issues.

We had to correct our order 3 times with them taking everything back each time. How they were handling everything I just got a bad feeling they were going back and reserving the food that I touched to someone else. I don’t have proof but it gave me enough ick to not want to come back to this location again.

I can never get a decent order from this store. Something always wrong. Either get the wrong order or get something that looks like someone bit into it. Never fails. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest place to grab a quick bite to eat.

My son is handicapped. We had just left the stock show and stopped in to eat. They said they were closing soon. When we were leaving the doors where locked. We asked to to open the doors. We where told 3 times we could not go out the doors because they didn’t have keys to open the door. My son did not have his walker so he can’t walk far without it. They told us we had to go around the building to exit. Poor customer service. Do not go to this McDonald’s unless through the drive thru.

This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had ordering from this location. My wife and I placed a simple order: a Happy Meal and a 10-piece Chicken McNugget meal. Instead of receiving the food we actually ordered and paid for, we were given cookies and a drink—items we didn’t even order. Our main meals were completely missing from the bag.

To make matters worse, we tried calling the store multiple times to get the issue resolved, but every single time someone answered, they immediately hung up on us. This happened several times in a row, which felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It was clear there was no intention to help or make things right.

Not only did we not receive the food we paid for, but we were also completely ignored when trying to reach out for help. This turned what was supposed to be a simple dinner into an incredibly frustrating situation that left us both hungry and extremely disappointed.

We understand mistakes happen, but this kind of careless service and complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. We hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no one deserves to be treated like this.

Rude staff arguing with other customers and ignoring the growing line with 10 something employees behind the counter. Waited for 9 minutes while watching my food go cold with a Lime scooter on pause, every minute costing me.

So the lady who took my order I think she told me it was Celeste but the lady was absolutely amazing at her job was very friendly to all guest in the lobby checked on every table brought smile to atleast three of the five absolutely great expierence

The food is always old. It’s no excuse to serve food that’s been sitting for a long time. They’re re heating food back up & serving it. These cookies were hard as a rock & my nuggets were dry and old!
