Anytime I visit this location, it’s normally the dinner crew. They are amazing! They work hard, get orders out fast, and always have a smile on their face. They continue to make my experience there enjoyable. Also the food is always good! Hot, fresh, no complaints! Thanks guys! You make one mom and toddler very happy at this “mickeydonalds” as she calls it!

Normally this place gives me issues, But i think management has made a serious turn around i came here on 2-4-2026 at 815pm and recieved the best mcdonalds food i have ever ate in my life. Everything was hot and fresh and was worth every penny.
Last couple of times i have been to this location, The workers and the food have been on point.
I have also ordered ice cream several times in the past few months and they have had a working ice cream machine everytime
I dont know if im getting lucky with the ice cream, But its crazy i havent been denied my ice cream for a pretty significant time now

Night staff are rude and play games. I sat at the drive through for about 20 min well the women taking orders (Courtney) took 5 cars in the other lane ahead of us and then kept telling us she’ll be right with us and never did. We ended pulling up to the window and ordering and staff had a complete attitude. We ordered a strawberry shake and a Oreo McFlurry. The Mc flurry wasn’t even mixed just thrown in a cup with Oreo dust thrown on top and the shake taste like plain vanilla ice cream without strawberry. It just gave off the vibes that they hate their job and customer service. Will not be returning to this location again. Do better

i come through the drive-through and originally there was a man who greeted me and I told him to give me a second which he did. and then this Spanish-speaking lady named niadia took my order and i gave her my code SHE USED IT ON SOMEONE ELSES ORDER and completely disrespectful and i told her i couldnt give her my code again because she used it. and then the guy hops on again and he said oh okay one second and she came back on and DID NOTHING i was sitting there for 5-10 minutes waiting just for my order to be taken. she didnt even understand me and then asked me to pull up the window so i did. she asked for my code again but i told her she had used it and then she starts to argue with me and said “ do you even want to order or not” i said yes and gave her my order and she didnt even understand what i wanted and the blamed me for the line she had created. i try to tell her what my code was and she just goes on her phone and says “do you want it or not” and she continued to be so disrespectful. thankfully the worker after was very sweet and decided to give me her name and was apologetic towards the whole thing. i just wouldve never expected so much disrespect and to be ignored and honestly i would go any time if she wasnt there. no reason for disrespect or yelling at me.

I have stopped at this McDonalds several times the last few weeks. I don’t review places very often but I felt that I needed to this time. Each time I went to the window a worker named Dallas was working. Every time I saw him he was extremely friendly. He was always smiling and asked how my day was. He really seemed to be enjoying his job. I just wanted to recognize him for the service he is giving to customers.

I almost gave the food a 4 star not because the food was bad but because the service and workers were better and I wanted to pump them up! 5 stars. My son and I opened Christmas presents, talked a little loud to family he didn’t see for the holidays on FaceTime and everyone was real nice.

I find it frustrating when I go to a restaurant where I pay $30 to eat and I have to beg for more coffee. NOT AT MC DONALDS ON KIPLING AND COLFAX. ZIGGY FOR ONE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC. THE LADY THAT WAITED TO GET MY ORDER TO ME WAS FANTASTIC. Maybe they need to train the Denny’s, I Hop and other restaurants how to be in the food industry. way to go mc Donald’s. I have a terribly hard time tipping them because they are running so fast. Drive up is fantastic and helping the disabled and people who cannot afford to pay for coffee or a burrito they feed. YES THE PUBLIC IS WATCHING YOUR GENEROUSITY. GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU MCDONALDS. I went to Maverik across the street one morning and a homeless man sat there and the battle ax came over and said, “you have to pay for your coffee today”. shame on her. I offered to pay the gentleman’s coffee and the manager there did Get rid of cranky people Hire a Mc Donalds worker, “they’re not bitchy”.

Came in this evening for a to go order just seemed super chaotic, disorganized and dirty not to mention the super inappropriate music being played. The lady that called out my order number and walked away immediately without giving me the drink cup so I had to stand there, probably 3 to 5 minutes and wait for someone to come up to get a cup.

Came here at 1:40am which is late but everything says they are open till 2am. All the lights and screens were still open and lit up but nobody tried to help me. I gave up and drove around and through the window I could see the employees trying to hide.
