I wasn’t upset about the orientation I’m upset because they would not bring it to my table like I requested through the app and also I waited for a long time, the guy at the front (Hispanic maybe mixed) was very kind and welcoming. I had to go to the front to get my food. At the time I placed my order it was not busy. I have worked for McDonald’s before, either someone bummed my order, or something else. Update: my second order was brought to my table by the really kind man at the front, he asked if I made another order and brought it to me, may maybe their system doesn’t show a table number not sure but overall his customer service changed my experience

Well if you order online, you’re more than most likely not going to get what you ordered. It’s like they put whatever food they want into bags and just send them on their way! (As you can see my receipt and then what they sent) Come on McDonalds, your employees want so much money but can’t even get an order correct.

How distasteful it is to have insects appear in your food. I went to the manager to tell her there was a green fly on my burger. She told me I was sure I had planted it. I don’t know what surprises me: the fly or the manager’s insensitivity.

Easily the worst McDonald’s appearance I’ve had in my life. Nothing was crispy. It was like chewing rubber for the mcnuggets, the fries. It will easily make me not eat at any establishment again.

I just had one of the best experiences ever in a McDonald’s. The lady who brought my food to the table was friendly. The lobby was clean. The food was perfect as well as she brought all the condiments I would need or want for my order. Great experience!

This place recently opened up their lobby, after a remodel. To my expectations, they’ve started the digital service kiosks here. And encouraging the use of it by quite literally ignoring the people in line. I was only paying in cash today, so I needed the actual cashier, which took time for them to take notice of my presence and actually make an effort to come find out what I needed.
After the long wait to order, I got another long wait as they placed my order to the side as continued services at the drive through. Thus finally getting my order another 5-8 minutes AFTER the bag was placed aside.
And to top it off, they have removed the fountain machines, and encourages people to take their food to go. In spite of the new lobby being open.

Nice looking McDonald’s. Food is good like usual. Friendly staff, and most importantly, fast service. Would be back. But the restrooms are locked. Which sucks because when I went there once, I had to pee so bad 🙁 .

The food and service are always on point, but it sucks that the riff-raff have “ruined” the store.
Bathrooms are always locked so you might wait a while to be let in if they’re busy.
No more filling your own drinks, and because there’s only 2 machines in the back, Coke and other popular sodas run out very fast.
Hopefully things get back to normal soon!
