This place is constantly getting my orders wrong. Whether is missing bacon that I paid extra for on my quarter pounder or missing items altogether. Today it happened again and finally can’t take it so I need to leave a bad review. I ordered a 6pc McNuggets as part of my order and was given a 4pc McNuggets. You can clearly see on the receipt it says 6pc. Do these people not know how to count or read numbers?

I ordered two sandwiches and three breakfast burritos, they told me I needed to pull forward so they can service the other customers I watched 10 people behind me get their food before I did. I did not order 10 people worth of food. It’s called fast food for a reason, the food better be good or better be fast neither of which is true when you come to McDonald’s.

This place usually has a consistently-good McDouble. But I went there at 2 AM the other night and got a smelly, soggy, nasty McDouble. The cheese was putrid, and so were the meat and pickles.

If you order from this location, they’ll de-prioritize your order and make you wait. They also don’t care about drinks. My girlfriend and I ordered a Powerade and a Sprite with our breakfast delivery order and it came with one orange juice and no other drink. Think twice.

1st time visiting location. Showed up around 12pm (peak) and there was not a single car on the drive thru, lady @ the 1st window was nice, young lady @ the 2nd window super nice, greeted me with a smile and got me going quick. Food was fresh as I expected and no mistakes on the order. Thank you!

Ordered McRib value meal and the second McRib. Got charged 5-6 dollars for the second McRib instead of 1 Buck. I inquired about it and got told they put it in the computer and that’s what it cost. How does one argue that logic? Know wonder jobs are being replaced with robots. What happened to customer service.

I just can’t with this McDonald’s anymore… My treat to myself is breakfast on the weekends a couple of times a month. I hate American cheese and despite ordering breakfast without American cheese, this is now no less than the fourth time that they have put cheese on my sandwich. Even better is that the receipt says no American cheese. Come on…
