We went on 10/24 around 7 pm & the young lady who was taking orders for the drive through was the kindest service worker I’ve encountered in years. She was fantastic & polite. The crew working the next window was also just as polite. Our large order was correct, which never seems to happen anywhere anymore. And our food was fresh & delicious, which also rarely happens anywhere anymore. The best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I’m curious as to why employees are wanting so much an hour but can’t get a simple order right. Or double checking they are giving the right food. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and I get just egg and cheese. So over paid to not get what was ordered. Figure it out guys

The food meets the consistency you expect but they repeatedly have given me wrong items or missing items. Many times. And not minor things too, they replace large fries with small fries. (getting charged for the larger item)

Food has been wrong several different times, and no matter what drink I get it tastes weird. Coke tastes off, your sweet tea isn’t sweet, anything else is watered down.

This location messes up orders more times than it gets right. And that is even with prepaid mobile orders that should always be right since no misunderstanding of the order. If it weren’t for family members liking the food and coffee I would never go there. Please ask your employees to double check orders. By the time I get home and find out the error it is too late, and really inconvenient, to drive 15 minutes for the problem. Be better.

Came in earlier. My sandwich was way wrong (to go order) I triple checked my receipt, it wasn’t my fault. Ordered bacon on my sandwich and got no bacon. If I have to put the whole order in myself on the computer, then I shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not I received the bacon…….. hire smarter folks
