I had a coupon for a buy one get one sandwich at McDonald’s. I’m very happy that I chose this McDonald’s. I was treated courteously at checkout by a young lady. Laura has excellent customer service letting me know I had to wait a couple minutes for fresh food and that she would meet me in just a moment by the side door. Laura delivered my food to me with a friendly manner. My sandwiches were fresh and tasty. I had a very pleasant experience at the McDonald’s near Arapahoe Community College.

I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald’s thanks to Lola! She greeted me right away and made me feel so welcomed. Unfortunately, there was a small mix-up with my order, but since I was rushing to work and couldn’t turn back, I gave them a quick call. Lola handled it like a pro and remade my entire order fresh the next day—no hassle at all. This location is my go-to, and Lola is an absolute star on the team. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

I’m happy it’s clean, but that’s about all thats good about this place. I’ve been going here for a while just because I live nearby, but not anymore. It always takes like 20 minutes to get your food and I swear sometimes they just forget about you until you go up to the counter to remind them. And if you don’t use the kiosks to order, the staff is terrible with the register and will always get your order wrong. Plus the food is always gross and the fries are soggy, every time I go to the other McDonald’s just over on Bellevue I get 1000% better food, just go there, the little bit of extra distance is worth it.

Order driver thru. Go to first window. Give guy money. Guy hands me back change wearing a wet blue plastic glove. I assume he is wearing it cuz he doesn’t want to touch something. Yet he hands me back a wet quarter. Like what’s your damage. Oh the burnt unsalted fries were pretty gross as well. Over all for fast food place….service was awful. I was there for 15 minutes.

I came in to get something to eat and used the “table service” option when ordering. The manager and staff refused to bring the order to the table, even though it is part of the service offered and required under ADA accommodations. They said they were “too busy” and didn’t have to do it, which is completely wrong.
I am deaf and cannot hear names or numbers being called, so table delivery isn’t optional for me, it’s an accessibility requirement. I also witnessed a blind family being told to get their own food and drinks because the staff was “too busy.” That was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
This location needs proper ADA training and correction immediately. If this happens again, it will be reported to the Department of Justice. Customers with disabilities deserve to be treated with respect and accommodated according to the law.

Most awful experience ever. Used poins for an item only to be charged a fee after taking my 6000 points for the so called happy meal. Management rude and disrespectful will be posting the videos from my glasses camera soon

Watch what you order they get it wrong and is this a joke look at the shortage on my small orange juice. Did go back to fix order took 40 minutes to and back. It looks like they dipped the bagel top in grease and the steak paddy is now smaller and not as good. I don’t know what happened but my husband tummy is not feeling good now.

Two large fries even the emoji gets it right filled out the top. Not these guys, half filled soggy French fries. No I didn’t eat any yet, that’s how full they came.

We used the drive thru around 620pm on 12/26/21. We ordered a triple cheeseburger with no mustard and no pickle. The guy who took our order put no onion and no mustard. So I corrected him. The triple cheeseburger was fine except had mayonnaise added to it. I also ordered a hot and spicy Mcchicken with no lettuce and add cheese. It never showed up on the screen so I verified the sandwich order with him. He said he had it and I showed up and my sandwich had lettuce all over it. Our food was also very cold and we live 2 minutes away from the McDonald’s.
