The place had a very strong odor of urine coming from 3 homeless sitting in there. One man smelled like he took a shower in urine. It was reached. I even told him he needed a shower. My friend and asked the staff two of them to please wipe the tables. They did not. And we were there for 45 minutes. We will never go there again. Shameful.

Think twice before you eat here it seemed like everybody back there hate their job they life and human beings okay they was rude the food was cold and they didn’t even know how to work the cash register to give me my points or to give me my free fry that I got with my rewards so I was very disappointed and pissed off and the chicken nuggets taste like they had like mush inside of them like they was chicken pudding nuggets. I frequently place mobile orders from this location in the mornings and afternoons, and every employee I have interacted with has been consistently kind and helpful. Today, right after placing an order in the app and arriving to pick it up, I had to leave for an unexpected work issue. When I was finally able to return, they kindly remade my order without any hassle. Their reliability and customer service are what keep me coming back.

You guys, I come in to the drive thru expecting a FAST in and out. I then sit for 15 minutes behind other people because the person taking the orders was “behind”. I wait another 10 minutes just to be able to order my food. I then pull up to the window to pay, and the girl is talking to her coworkers and texting. I’m just trying to get my grinch meal. It should not take 30 minutes. The McDonald’s by my house is much faster. I’m sorry I ever came here. Go to a different McDonald’s. There’s like 100 near here. Pick a better one. Do better.

I normally have a smooth and relatively easy time here, today homie minimally messed up which is fine whatever, but then he went and blamed me for his mess up and hit me with the “you dont have to have an attitude” i got irritated that you were messing with my money. Youd be irritated too. As an establishment have your employees check THEIR attitude. And as a customer make sure they arent charging you hidden fees.

This McDonald’s is great because its still 24 hrs and super close to my englewood apartment. That being said my bf who works a 2nd job at night will get off at 530am and more times then not bring home some breakfast. They Will forget items on EVERY ORDER. Its cold and a Lil snowy rn so I ordered mcdelivery, added 2 hash browns bc they are the best part. Didn’t get them! For the 5th time in a row no hashbrowns!! Get your expo together!!!

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Got 2 normal single patties cheesburger instead. I wouldnt mind if there was pickle left on it or something but i feel completely robbed. Sucks that this place is the closest one to my house. Management you need to fix your kitchen staff because this isnt the first time its happened either. This location seems to struggle keeping quality equal to price. Ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes on my last visit. The biscuit was hard around the edges. Reheat from previous day? Maybe/probably.
