I’m frequently stuck at home with no transportation and will order food for me an my son. For the past 6 months every order I place has something missing or completely wrong. Sure the delivery service is happy to refund me for the missing items, but my toddler doesn’t understand where his hash brown’s are or his juice. When I called to let the manager know about my experience with my orders they literally had nothing to say except that I should call the number to door dash. This is not a door dash issue… McDonalds seals the bag before it gets given to the driver.. this is a McDonald’s quality issue and they really don’t seem to care at all…. This has been going on 6 months and I’ve called three times.. I would stop ordering McDonalds but I’m a mom.. kids love McDonald’s

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t go to this McDonald’s. They will try to poison you. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries and a 6 piece mcnugget at the drive through. The lady taking my order wouldn’t let me order the mcnuggets and cut me off short so I was forced to order them at the window. The lady at the window said she was “tired and the only one working in the kitchen”. When I got my food the burger was covered in a liquid and the fries had a hair in it and a couple of them were wet and looked like they had been nibbled on with their mouth. I believe this worker who took the order and made the food was personally trying to target me. I took a bite out of the burger and 20 minutes later had a taste of chopped up pills or lighter fluid or some chemical in my mouth. The manager just laughed at me and told me not to come back when I told her she should fire the employee. You’re supposed to be able to trust fast food but unfortunately you can’t at this McDonald’s, they will personally target you and tamper with your food and forget your sauces on purpose and chalk it up to “having a long day”. I feel sick this McDonald’s is disgusting, don’t eat here unless your ok with people spitting in and contaminating your food.

Just went through the drive through at this location. I can ignore the fact that there was a tweaker with a shopping cart asking for money. What I can’t ignore is the fact that they messed up my order. This seems like an increasingly frequent trend at McDonald’s in general. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and a quarter pounder meal. I checked the bag quickly then drove off. What I ended up having in my bag was a deluxe quarter pounder meal and a Big Mac just the sandwich.

This location just stole my money and gave me nothing. It was the first time ordering on the app. I pull up and give my code to the person taking orders. I’m asked to pull to the second window. The first window person confirms my code. By the time I reach the second window they can’t find my order. The rude and cold manager asks me to park. I wait and no one helps me. I pull through again. The same horrible person was cold and rude and said he could find the order. That I already paid for. He makes it clear he doesn’t care and he’s not going to do anything about this. I have been robbed by this location. Stay away.
