This McDonalds has the most exceptional customer service, some of the nicest employees I have ever met! We frequent this location often as it’s so close to home and they NEVER fail. They never mess up our order, always correct and hot! Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job! Far better than any McDonald’s nearby.

If i could give zero stars i would.
We placed an order on the app for curbside pickup. For whatever reason when we arrived the app told us to go inside or through the drive through and provide the order number. Went through the drive through and was told we need to verify the order on the app. Verified the order but the employee who had our order stated his manager wouldn’t let him give us our food until we verified. Theres was nothing more to verify as the app just had the receipt for the order. We called the manager outside to give us our food. At this point we had already been waiting 30 minutes so everything was cold. We asked if we could have it re made and the manager simply said “no you have your food, now leave” as he threw his glasses on the ground.
Half of our order was missing so i went back to the store and told them we need everything remade and what was missing. I spoke to the manager yet again and he denied the whole incident and got in my face as if he wanted to fight or something. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Just when i thought it couldnt get any worse i get back home and we’re still missing half our order and everything was still cold. They did not give us fresh food they simply took what i brought back around the corner and gave it right back to me. Reading other reviews on this location i am not alone in the completely unprofessional behavior from both staff and management.

The manager lady here is so rude. If you don’t like your job quit stop coming here every day is something different with you. You truly seem like you hate being here and if that’s the case, stop coming quit give your job to someone else. Every morning you complain about me substituting the round egg for the folded egg like you bring these eggs from your home. I will just go to the McDonald’s down those employees treat you with respect.

Horrible experience, my daughter’s birthday party was ruined by their manager , Francesco. Very rude, unfriendly, unprofessional. Just because a few kids wanted no ice for their lemonades. He refused to give them large lemonades, stating that the company is losing money because of customers like us asking for no ice , so we paid for large lemonades and received medium cups. McDonalds should not hire these people, reputation is at risk. Francesco , shame on you!

On multiple occasions, I have ordered through the drive-thru and not been given syrup or butter for the hot cakes. Very disappointing when you arrive at work and cannot eat what you just paid money for.
