This McD never disappoints.
This McDonald’s is awesome! The restaurant has plenty of space, is always clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. One of the best McDonald’s around! The kids’ play area is a huge plus and always a favorite for children. With its clean environment and lovely ambiance, this location truly stands out—we always leave feeling good.”

It’s hard to know where to start to describe how bad the customer service was at this McDonald’s. My wife and I had a large drive-thrllu order today, including a value meal. When we didn’t get drinks or fries with the order, we asked the employee about it and she apparently didn’t understand a word of English and had to get another employee to help understand what we were asking for. When she did, we were told it would be another $6 for 1 fries and 1 Coke, instead of the extra $1 or so that it should have been if they rang it up correctly. We didn’t want to have a big argument so we paid and moved along to keep the drive-thru moving, and then pulled over and called the manager from the parking lot. We told him we weren’t demanding a refund or even calling to complain so much as we wanted to let the manager know that his employees couldn’t even resolve that simple of an issue. The manager, Dylan, got on the phone and his response was: “yeah, I know who you are, you held up my drive-thru line for like 3 minutes”. That was the most helpful thing he said. I will let y’all make your own judgments about that, discuss amongst yourselves, lol.
It’s not like I expecr 5-star service at a McDonald’s, but if Dylan wants to be the poster child for taking no accountability in a position of authority at their job, and if he hasn’t learned any from his supervisors, the company whose name he represents, or his own family, I’m okay with calling that out and lighting him up here.

Great location. I visited on a trip from Northern Colorado to Southern. It was a great midway point. Open 24 hrs. It was clean, modern, people were friendly. Plenty of kiosks for self ordering or staff to help you out. Lots of space. Bright inside, fresh. I will hit it up next time I’m in town.

I normally have to avoid this McDonald’s and go to the Park Street one for one primary reason. This is the only Mcdonalds i visit where the Dr Pepper and Diet Coke just do not taste right. I don’t know if they skimp on syrup or what? It’s unfortunate. Service has improved as i have noticed better English speakers are front facing.

The food was good but when we were in the Drive-Thru the present woman employee was unknowledgeable of the menu when I asked about what the Hot Cakes was. She ended rudely saying “I don’t know, I’ve never ordered it before.”
She said in a way that was uncooperative and potentially harmful especially if the Hot Cakes contained any allergies and she refused to provide crucial details. I would recommend the restaurant ensure everyone is aware of all items so that service is kinder.

I went there recently and the girl who brought the food out forgot to give us our condiments. My son went inside to get them and the girl comes back outside and didn’t even ask if everything was ok. She proceeded to tell me if I’m going to eat my food I have to park. I said to her you forgot the ketchup and our sauce. She caught an attitude and then handed me the sauce and barely handed me the ketchup. She’s luckily I didn’t get out the car. Anyway I get home and there was hair in my food. I threw everything out. I will never go back there again.

I used to frequent this location as it was convenient and the employees were always kind and helpful. However, this has changes as the manager, Emmanuel has a nasty attitude and treats customers poorly unprovoked. I can only imagine what the employees must go through because of him. He is condescending and rude to people who are only coming in as any customer would. I’m sad to say I will no longer be frequenting this location due to Emmanuel the manager and his poor attitude.

Update: 4 years later, it’s still gross, messy and disgusting. The workers are clearly overworked/short staffed. You can tell they’re nice people, but overworked. The worst part is how gross it is inside. I may not come back here again at all, frankly.
This is not a good McDonald’s. It’s usually messy, and gross. The ketchup area is always gross and the vinegar is usually separated from the ketchup so it’s watery and runny. The workers are almost always upset or at best, disinterested. There’s two managers that are about six months in and both are incredibly rude. Now, the food quality can be good though it’s usually average or a touch below. It’s never been awful, which I suppose is why we’ve gone a few times. The one near Plum Creek is much better.

One Happy Meal was in the bag with two meals instead of it’s on box, still got the toy but the whole experience was strange. Also can’t figure out why when ordering a
Happy Meal and order a Diet Dr. Pepper
