The guy taking orders was very rude. We ordered two medium coffees, and when we got to the window, we paid, and he practically threw the money down, because of the slight breeze, and the money blew away. Then, when we went to the second window, they were giving us a medium coffee and a small hot chocolate. This isn’t the first time we’ve been treated badly. In the mornings, they have some ladies who look like they haven’t slept, or it seems like all the employees here are forced to work. They’re not friendly at all.

This was our 2nd time coming here. Pizza was good, actually really good. My wife and I enjoyed it. Our server was very polite, and checked up on us several times. We will be back soon.

I ordered a large fry and a mcdbl xtra onion nd Mac sauce nd my burger was cold fries were cold i asked for fresh fries which I did not get i waited 15 min until they walked me out fresh fries. The burger was even more cold by then. Which is sad bit ive been coming here for over 5 years not by choice but because its convenient.. there is allot to be improved. Ive been working food service for 30 years and this is totally unacceptable! If they you hired me things would be way different! Thats if you could afford me that is! Instead of me just stopping by hoping you guys got ur stuff together how bout you message all ur customers when that happens… thank you hope it turns around!

Every time I come here I am waiting 20 plus minutes for food and even then it is terrible. It is unfortunately the closest to my home. It started being this bad within the last year or 2. Before that it was good. Really hope they can get this one back to proficient at least.

I ordered a Big Mac a medium fry a medium Coke and an apple pie. The apple pie I had to take back twice because the inside of it you can’t even pull it apart its not apple pie it’s gross! I wish I could take a picture of it right now. . the manager was so rude to me and told me this was the last time she was going to help me even though I showed her the inside of the apple pie and how gross and uneditable it was. My fries were cold and soggy, when I asked the guy that gave me my food originally if this was Coca-Cola he said yes when I took a sip of it it tasted like dr. Pepper diet coke mixed. My Big Mac had no sauce in the burger it had it all around and on the box of the Big Mac…. this visit to McDonalds was NASTY and enough for me to never go back to that location… Horrible I rate it -10 I went to eat about 3:30pm on 2-13-23 and I went to drive thru. No greeting and employees were very cold and made me feel like I was not welcomed there.

The staff here are rude and unprofessional. This place has been gradually declining for the last couple years. tried leaving a review on internal website and it crashed. Will make every effort to go somewhere else. The McDonald’s on this stretch of federal are terrible.

My syrup was missing from hotcakes I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich has no cheese (my favorite part of the sandwich). This store is a disappointment and window people are rude.
