The fries tasted like they have been out for a good hour probably more no hot at all not even warm it took forever to get the food and we we finally got our “Large” drinks they came out half empty and when I asked the the worker lady if something was missing in our dinks she said no but she could put more ice in like I don’t want more ice I want my drink even if it was just ice missing which I seriously doubt you should fill it up the whole way not under the top line of the cup completely not acceptable for any service especially for the standard of McDonald’s because I know your drinks don’t come out half empty not even filling the cup to the top. We didn’t even take a sip from these drinks that’s how empty they came

All of the food was cold not just the fries it was the burgers too that were cold the box that holds the burger wasn’t even warm from the bottom from the burger that’s how cold all of our food was

This place sucks. They always park every single car for their precious service time because you big wigs want perfect unrealistic service times for your restaurants when in reality everyone gets parked and everyone WAITS. This is the 4th time I’ve parked for 20 minutes. Paid the same amount for the same order all 4 times. The last 3 times they can get it right. Today they short me a cheeseburger for the #9 and one of the wraps and gave an extra fry I did not order. The ticket on the bag has item amounts penciled like the printer don’t work. It’s like they can’t read the monitor and match what they penciled in so they penciled in all wrong amounts. I’m done getting parked for 20 minutes. The only thing fresh out the oil is the fries and those take a few minutes not 20. Done with this place. Incompetence. If you want sales then get the orders right!

Food was cold, violating food safety laws. and our order wasn’t even correct. when i told the man at the drive thru window i didn’t receive my sandwich, they threw it in the bag making it a mess when we opened it. i asked for a deluxe mccrispy cause i don’t like the way the spicy sauce taste, and they gave me a spicy one. we couldn’t even finish our food it was so disgusting. cookies tasted disgusting as well. this is not the first time this has happened at this location, so we are no longer going to this mcdonald’s.

The good lord putting a tongue in your mouth and blessing you with the gift of gab proves to me that God is a gambling man, because even with that great providence, you lack the social decorum and necessary comportment to interact with other human beings.

I came in the the evening, and albeit there was a misunderstanding about the dining room hours, Anita was woefully under-equipped to politely and effectively communicate that message without coming off extremely condescending, aggressive, and unprofessional. Ive spent a lot of time in the hospitality industry and THIS was a first for me. As someone who comes to this establishment everyday, whether it’s just for a Diet Coke and two apple slices, or a full meal, it really was disheartening to see the usual kind, wonderful familiar faces whom I see there regularly, replaced by the misery, rancor, and acrimony of Anita. Which im sure I was not the only special recipient of, this evening. This was such a uniquely ugly experience. Not because of bad food. Not because of a wrong charge. Simply because of a really lousy person. I hope you can course-correct this tormented young woman because I highly doubt someone who behaves so egregiously with indifference is of no benefit to any person nor establishment. Be so much better. Best of luck to you all.

During my recent visit, I encountered what appeared to be a mouse’s ear in my burger—an unexpected and deeply concerning discovery. While a refreshing Dr Pepper might have helped me cope with the situation, it unfortunately never arrived, despite being asked three separate times if I was still missing anything. I politely informed the staff that the only thing truly missing was the rest of the mouse. Additionally, I was directed to wait in courier parking for 25 minutes with no clarification or resolution.

McDonald’s, I expect better.

Dirtiest Mc Donald’s I’ve seen , night time manager shorter Latino guy very rude as a manager and when exchanging food he takes the food back after I’ve eat it which is against fda rules , I mean if you don’t have a bough employees to keep the place clean , close it down for good

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had not only were they super judgmental but they are so rude and conniving they couldn’t even help me when I asked he’s the restroom because I wasn’t done ordering my food they thought that I was homeless because I was standing with a homeless person so they didn’t acknowledge me at all but I asked to speak to a manager I heard the manager say no and they both started laughing.

You cant expect much from fast food but this was ridiculous. We came tonight for a simple 5 dollar meal deal. Every single one of the fries were undercooked! Normally id let it slide but I will not allow my kiddo to eat this! I would be so ashamed to give this out!

This McDonald’s has gone downhill for years. Orders are almost always wrong, wait times are excessive (17 minutes today), and the staff moves painfully slow. The inside looks neglected and outdated.

I’ve lived nearby for decades and keep giving this place chances because of location alone — but nothing ever improves. Ownership needs to step in and fix what is clearly a management and accountability problem. Wake up Boselli! Do something!

I ordered a Kids Meal with a cheeseburger with meat, cheese, ketchup, and pickle on it. The cheeseburger was delivered without a bun, which is completely out of character and not how it’s been delivered every other time this has been ordered. When I took the problematic food item inside, the lady at the front counter understood the issue. However, the item wasn’t “remade”, but the offending item was just slapped on a bun. Being food has been taken to the back, modified, and returned, this is not only bad service, but also a food safety issue. I will not be eating at McDonalds, especially this location, ever again. I will also be insistent that my children are never taken there again if basic food safety can’t be properly handled.
