I went in ordered my food they missed to do it correctly did not repeat my order at the window I paid at. I look at the receipt and food is missing I tell them at the 2nd window they charge me for it and then ask me to park I said I wasn’t parking. Then the manager comes out yelling saying park or I’m cancelling your order I had already paid for they didn’t give me my food and they did not give me my money I paid for the food. I paid for the food with a card and they try ti give me cash!! Then they lock the window not giving me my money!! They stole my money by locking the window and refusing to give me my money. I call and they say I need to go in! They also threatened me by saying they were going to call the cops. The food they also have me was just thrown in the bag has browns not even in bags touched by there dirty hands

Food always cold, drinks barely filled, never given any sauce we specifically ask for AT THE SPEAKER! it’s even on the receipt that we ask for it but I guess they can’t be bothered to read that, a coordinating screen or anything else. All around terrible service. One star for being consistent, consistently bad. Don’t waste your money there are millions better places to eat.

We had to wait over 20 minutes to get our food. then the order was wrong, and we had to send it back . When it finally arrived the food was cold, burgers and buns were hard Fries were cold and hard. It was a total disappointment and waste of money.

Thank you mc Donald’s employees, for keeping me on my toes since I asked for no mustard or mayo. To your credit, there is no mustard. Unfortunately, I am allergic to both good things. I checked before I ate in my work parking lot. That could have been a very awkward call-in.

45 minutes not one person came to clean up sitting areas. Service and cleanliness were terrible. Families are clearing tables to sit. Store is not even busy enough not to stand around and laugh and loudly talk about person life matters. Manager doesn’t care to act like she was concerned that I had no where to sit. Even after I asked to clean off a table for our family to sit she stood against the coffee machine area and just crossed her arms. 5 minutes after getting our food was a table finally cleared by a girl who wiped the chairs before our table. How unsanitary. After eating I was disgusted at how most tables were filthy and never saw a person come sweep all the food on the floor. Most employees were just talking and laughing near the drive through window. Somebody needs fix this. It’s getting worse and worse through the months. Also unable to find how trash cans can be so disgusting. One bag of trash was changed during my visit. As you can tell she thought it to disgusting to even close the door. What is going on!

As of 4-26-2023 at 10:55 pm a woman was in charge of the first window I always seem to see this woman take my order but anywhere I was at the drive thru saying hello multiple times and when I get to the window I had to order Maybe my car was to loud but always anytime I get my food it’s always cold everything is and the way she took my order at the window she says I can’t hear u after I knew she heard me . She makes me feel very uncomfortable getting my food here since she seems unpleasant idk maybe you guys could talk to her but this happens all the time and her expressions aren’t polite I would say

It’s actually hard to believe how bad this location is at fulfilling orders. It’s like they do it deliberately. If you want large fries, you need to place three orders then combine them all. If you want an accurate order, go inside and use the kiosk. That way you’re already inside when they mess up the order and don’t have to park or drive back. I’m worried about our society.
