Ordered my kids 2, 4 piece nugget meals and when I opened the boxes I found one box FULL OF TARTAR SAUCE, no chicken! The manager did not care when I called. What employee literally tried to give my kid tartar sauce instead of chicken? No one orders a chicken box full of tartar sauce so this seems to be a bitter employee, hurting a kid. Thanks a lot.

Update: did their survey and put in the order number and they just want to pass the responsibility off onto UberEats but my Uber driver is NOT the person who slopped tartar sauce into a box and tried to give it to my kid as “chicken”. That was a McDonald’s employee! Uber Eats refunds the order but who is going to ensure that this employee is not being spiteful and hurting kids?

They found out they had no apple pies ready after I ordered. They said it was going to take 10 to 12 minutes. I initially didn’t want to wait but it was taking a while for a someone to approve the refund of that item so I decided to wait.

Then when I get to the second window they wanted to give me the rest of my order but it would have gotten cold while waiting for the apple pie.

I asked if I could just get my food all at the same time so it would be warm but the lady at the second window refused. Unfortunately it was better to just refund the order and go to another restaurant since I didn’t want cold food.

Then she even wanted me to drive back around the drive through to the first window to get the refund processed, which I did not do. (If I wasn’t so hungry this would have been comical how silly this all was.)

It doesn’t seem unreasonable to get all the food fresh at the same time. I sincerely hope she was not a manager of some type as this really didn’t need to be so complicated.

(The guy that took my order and the guy working with the lady at the second window were both very nice though.)

This location consistently struggles to make orders correctly if they even give you the correct item at all. I’ve had the wrong items or missing items more often that a correct order. My order today contained the wrong items entirely and when I called to try to get any help getting refunded as I couldn’t go back to the location due to time constraints they were extremely unhelpful over the phone telling me they had no way of doing anything unless I was there in person. I would highly recommend going to any other food place in the area over this McDonalds

Anoeva quote said, “you forgot it”. We went through the drive through and ordered 3 mcflurries , we checked our order and then got home, we live about 30 minutes away. We got home and realized oh shoot they didn’t give us our McFlurries. So we call and Anoeva answers, so I say “hey we were just by and we weren’t giving our mcflurries”. To which they said “oh yes there on my counter ‘You’ forgot it, mind you this has happened 2 times before this encounter, she continued to argue with me and say that I forgot it. Anoeva is unprofessional, I asked her what her store managers name is and she says “I don’t know”. Food was fine service is beyond unacceptable.

I want to say that I am first not one to complain about fast-food, but I just had a different and worse experience this time. I was waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru for the new strip meal and two burgers, I understand if there might be a wait, but the issue was i waited for an order that was missing almost all my fries napkins and sauce as well as being told that my order was touched by someone else. To be fair they told me if i would like it remade except i didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes and It seemed they were busy.

Every time I have come to this McDonald’s it is disgusting. It does not matter what time of day or night you come, the patty is always dry and tastes old. The bun is always smashed, and the cheese and patty are always falling off the bun. I came at 12:15pm during lunch time hoping it would be fresh. NOPE. Burgers were nasty and fries were undercooked and cold. I will never be coming to this McDonalds again.

Now I understand why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I moved nearby, and up until today my experiences have been great, the team here is usually wonderful.
Today, however, I had a disappointing encounter with the manager (her name sounded like Elida). When I pulled up to pick up my meals, she seemed flustered and handed me the wrong drinks. When I politely let her know, she got visibly upset. She also forgot one of the fries I had ordered.
When I asked for a receipt, she was very unprofessional. She yelled at one of her team members in Spanish and said, “dale a esta su recibo.”
I do want to point out that her team members were very nice and polite. They listened and made sure I received what I was missing. I genuinely feel bad that they have to work under such poor leadership.

I love some McDonald’s now and again- this location just cant get things right. Ordered 5 meals through the app for my family tonight. They hired door dash to deliver it. The delivery driver delivered 5 drinks and two meals. They forgot 3 meals- crazy. I immediately drove to the location to grab the forgotten meals, they acted like they couldnt possibly figure it out lol. Ended up paying for the three meals again so the kids would have a treat. The training at this location needs some auditing. Everyone was friendly, but no problem solving skills at all. I get it, mistakes happen, but work with the customer to make it right!!
