SO disappointed in the food and lazy service. I caught them on a bad day man. I usually come here at this location too. Cheese burgers with extra ketchup. I guess it’s an easy mistake but it’s never happen before. I literally got cheese burgers as is with extra ketchup and got JUST ketchup. I order a coke cola and got a Dr Pepper. Over all I don’t think anything was really right like everything that I asked for was wrong in some sort of way.
Just sucks because now if I go back my trust in the quality of the food will be questionable.

These people never. Ever. Remember my sauces. Have you guys ever told your toddler you’re getting him chicken nuggets just to get home and there’s none of his sauces so then he doesn’t even want the food anymore? It’s really not fun. This has happened MULTIPLE times. So sick of it.

I really like this McDonald’s location. It’s easy to get in and out, and my mobile order was handled perfectly. I had several special requests (like no pickles, lightly salted fries, etc), and everything came out exactly as I asked, hot, fresh, and ready about a minute after I checked in at curbside pickup . The food even tasted a little better than usual, maybe because it was made to order.
The only small thing they could improve is remembering to include sufficient napkins in drive-thru and curbside pickup bags. Otherwise, this was one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.

This location consistently makes mistakes with mobile order: drive through pick ups! I added cheese to 4 hot and spicy which is $0.89 per and did not have a slice on any hot and spicy despite the white label saying add cheese!
Further more, a few weeks ago I ordered 2 big mac’s and both did not have the top patty but included all portions of the big mac buns.
I know I’m complaining about fast food, but for the prices their charging I expect the order to be correct!

Came through the drive thru to get a happy meal for my daughter. First the app told me happy meals were unavailable. Then suddenly they were available. I thought that was weird, but okay.
It’s currently the Halloween promotion, and the meal was supposed to come in a pumpkin bucket. It came in a regular happy meal box, no explanation offered. And then the apple slices were missing.
The food we did receive was fine, but it’s unacceptable not to double-check drive-thru orders properly, because by the time we figured out the problem we were already on the highway. And not giving explanations for why promotional items are being skipped (there’s a sign as you pull into the drive thru saying Halloween buckets are back!) makes zero sense.
I much prefer our regular location, I will give this one a miss from now on.

5 out of 5 times I’ve ordered something with no cheese in the customization, I get home and it has extra extra cheese. Get a chicken snack wrap with no cheese, 3 out of 3 times every single one was filled to the brim with shredded cheese and some sort of cheese sauce, no lettuce to be found either. Fries are actually hot though pretty often compared to the nearby Wendy’s where they are always cold. But to have this happen, it adds up over time to over $25 of food I couldn’t eat. At this point gonna have to check the food at the drive through window before driving away cause it’s pretty ridiculous. It’s either negligence , or can’t read the system cause maybe it’s confusing to see certain parts. Pretty sure it’s just negligence.

The drive-through doesn’t give a damn about their customers. I was the only one in line waiting for over 10 minutes, and I honked my horn to get their attention on three different occasions and all three different occasions they looked at me and walked off.
