The food is the most fresh I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. This is not a fluke as it is always fresh at least the four times I’ve been there it has been. Speed, is also very above average and appreciated. The only part where this McDonald’s fails (IMO) is of course in the customer service area. It blew my mind when I heard politely “I’m so sorry but I’m one sandwich or burger short” and so you know what I heard in return!? “I double checked them and they were all there”. Wait, seriously? No way I just heard that….. did they just argue, wait, no, not only argue but call the customer a liar!? This is why I’m a top notch customer service player and you are a failure because it doesn’t get much worse…. fail!

Now i gotta have lunch all over again cause that quarter pounder went through my guts at rocket-speed when i was only halfway done with it and i got a empty tank again. Nasty. It makes sense you’d get food poisoning from a restaurant that handles raw meat but when it’s McDonalds, i have to believe theres an issue of cleanliness.

Just made the horrible mistake of going back! Made he order super simple. Two happy meals. To my surprise one box is complete and the other had no food just toys and a drink.
