Actually things change with the price because of our economical area bent on trade agreements. The place has changed. You can no longer get refills according to one of the staff. The food has gotten smaller but remains warm, not hot. The staff talks to you like you’ve offended them when you order. They don’t know how to say “May I help you” or “Thank you”. And they still want to be paid $18 to $20 per hour. NOT!!!

Terrible today I went to buy an ice cream with my toddler and the place was full of homeless inside people who wasn’t consuming anything, all the costumers was very nice uncomfortable the smell was really bad and also you can feel very intimidated for the way the homeless are watching you when you are eating. I will never go back to this place.

Order my food in the drive thru , then I realized i was missing half of my order, i went inside and nobody was behind the register, there were 2 ladies talking im pretty sure one of them is the manager, she saw me standing and never ask if I needed help, until i said can somebody help me , then she processed to ask what i wanted , I explained to her i was missing some food and she never apologized, but with attitude she said WHAT ARE YOU MISSING , TWICE , rolling her eyes at me, like if I didn’t pay for my food, i work as a customer service and whoever this lady is, needs to do better, this is not how you treat customers. No wonder all this kids that work at this place always do their job with bad attitude, bad management can ruined employees.

Boarded up windows. 1/3 of the seats were being taken up with homeless. It was a very cold day, so glad they had somewhere to stay warm. Had to get a key to use the bathroom. No toilet paper anywhere. Someone told my husband he had to place our order via the electronic board that we couldn’t get to work correctly. Finally placed our order with the person at the counter. Got out to the car and they gave me the wrong tea. Took several minutes for them to correct that. Not a good experience for me.

You know McDonald’s is getting bad when their mcdoubles taste old and only come with one pickle when you say extra pickles. Oh and their sweet tea has the flavor of staleness. It’s a great combo for a perfectly hopefully forgettable meal.

Always have problems with this location. I just tried to pick up an order close to 11, and the worker said to go inside for it. But the lobby was closed and the doors were locked. By then I was out of line and the cars were backed up all around the building. I just canceled the order. Not worth it. There are better locations. Even the other McDonald’s on Colfax has better service.
