Waiting 10 plus min on a uber order of just a coffee and hotcakes. ridiculous. Not even greeted. Watching a gentleman standing at the counter waiting to place an order during this whole time. They always seem to have at least 3-6 cars parked through the drive thru too. I’d pick a different McDonald’s

I come here often. And they often get something wrong with my order. It could be not getting my app code right and wasting my app deal. They are quick to take an order. But often messes up the order or the food is cold. For example, last time I was here, nuggets were cold and not crispy, they forgot the bbq sauce with the nuggests, and they forgot the ranch in the ranch wrap. And the fries were cold and did not come with ketchup, not sure if we needed to ask, but I think ketchup is a given for fries. Soda is good as always, but that is not hard to do. Atmosphere is good and bathrooms are clean.

This location forgets items Every. Single. Time! And service always takes forever. It’s the closest location to my work and my coworkers and I frequent it but we all have to same issues over and over again. (Long wait for short order, forgotten items so you have to return or just go without, watered down drinks) Employees here also act like the customer is the issue when they forget things. I’d shut it down for a week and either change the entire staff or give more training.

I ordered through the app because it advertises to be able to Maxx your chances for the limited time Monopoly offer. I received none of that. I customized my burgers and they did NOT do that. I was lucky enough to get the piece of paper on the outside of my burger saying that it was though. I then ending up having to wait an additional 6 minutes at the counter waiting for my order after putting it in 10 minutes earlier. It was good to see that UBER orders went out before mine, and I came to pick my own order up. Customer service needs serious help at this location. Constant cleaning of the the tables would be appreciated. I had to sit at a dirty table to try to eat my food.

Messed up order in the first try. The manager said she’d fix it and messed it up again, and on top of that, this minimal effort is absolutely a disgrace. She never gave me an order number, and after waiting 20 minutes, I finally went up, and she claimed she called that order out a long time ago. I told her I was never given the number or receipt (since it was a comp, I wasn’t worried about it, and it was busy), and she actually got an attitude. I tried being polite and understanding, but after that, we just left, not even bothering to say that they messed up the order again, let alone have a sorry excuse for prepping food.

My order has been shorted too many times. They never have anything to stir your coffee with, you Must ask for a utensil, they will Not offer anything. They act like you’re asking them for their own personal belongings. I know it’s just McDonald’s but come on! This location needs to do better.

the food here is great but I always have to wait 1 hour for my food even though I went through the drive through and they wernt busy. there are plenty of other cars that come after me who get their food before me. its ridiculous at this point and I spoke to the manager and they didn’t care. this is frustrating. never coming back again.

Food is very rarely cooked all the way. There is nothing fast about this fast food. You will consistently wait and be told to pull through to the already congested waiting area.

Terrible customer service. There were several customers waiting at the front counter and none of the employees came to check to see to see we needed. The parking lot is SUPER SHADY AND VERY UNSAFE. couldn’t even see if someone was wlaking behind me to back up. NO LIGHTS ON! very dark and I felt uncomfortable. The location was dirty inside and had spills all over the floor when you walked in the door. The restroom was gross also. I will not be back here. Employees dont value peoples time. I don’t recommend this location.
