My mom got a piece of paper between her burger meat and cheese, also got a medium fry quantity when we ordered a large. The guy taking payment in the window was kind but there were obviously issues inside with some of the Hispanic workers. They were not arguing but you could tell thy were messing around and not doing their jobs, which explains the paper between the patty and cheese.

Service is awful. Food is incorrect on every visit and requires visiting the slow moving counter to get corrected food.

Ketchup is not available for the general public, so you have to go to the counter to request it.

No drink fountains available either. If you want a refill, go wait in line at the slow counter.

Our latest visit had two incorrect food items, hair in the fries and an absolutely disgusting, trash-covered table that the staff did not clean.

And the DoorDash driver and I had to wait 20 minutes past the intended pick up time for my order to be ready, the drive-through was not backed up. There was nobody in the lobby. The employees were walking around playing basketball with receipts and not being clear about what was actually holding up the order. In this job time really is money and the more time I have to wait for your employees to get it together and handover my customers order the less money that I make overall throughout the night and also decreases the quality of the experience had by the customer ordering from your restaurant. 20 minute wait times is absolutely unacceptable when you’re able to have drive-through times so short. Please tell your team to prioritize delivery orders a little bit more

This place is horrible. They don’t clean nothing. You ask them to clean a table for you and they ignore you. I had to ask 5 times abs for ignored all 5 times. Then when I got mad they listened. So sorry you don’t know how to use a rag and cleaner abs to our your phone away for the 5 min it takes to clean.

Considered 5 stars for atmosphere because restrooms are not locked but when I mentioned to a customer how glad I was they have chargers was informed they plan to get rid of them when they remodel. Left bank card in the car so hope they don’t cry loitering. Hamburger places started as hang outs myth or fact– now some have get out signs at half hour mark. Mc Donald’s Commercecity &Jack in the box Broomfield two such rude locations I try to avoid. So sad when companies like MC Donald’s go down hill store post 5:00 open but doors not unlocked until 5:11 last time I ate here they failed to serve the food warm. Use to buy token item and socialize in Windsor mc Donald’s and then they switched to Dunkin donuts wonder is group got called out for loitering. Perhaps it is society going downhill? The others were retired I just went sometimes on my Friday when I was working nightshift. Might return with bank card if I get phone charged before they cry loitering. I do have a free hamburger on this phone if it hasn’t expired 1600 points. If it weren’t for the app which is a form of gambling this place won’t be worth it at all. Other than to use the restroom. And that’s the main reason they earn Stars sounds like I’m lucky I’m going to be able to charge my phone here at all.

I tried to go to this location at approximately 9:35pm on a Monday, and their doors were locked. I tried knocking on the door and the employees saw me and walked away. All I wanted was to order a meal and sit down and eat. If the employee had answered the door and explained why they were closed, i would understand. They are unprofessional and often serve less than quantity products. Ivd received cold fries, stale buns in the past. This most recent visit is par for the course. I would not recommend going to this location.

I hope the food is hot I was going to hike to the $1.35 Chinese place but it’s way we can cold today so here I am at McDonald’s again thank God this location has phone chargers so I’m going to give him five stars for atmosphere for that my McDonald’s has been having a problem serving the food nice and warm back when McDonald’s was cheap that was the norm it’s sad how much McDonald’s has gone downhill but thank God this location has a charger and the bathrooms are not rudely pass locked I’m going to give this one the benefit of the doubt and I’m going to give him good ranks on the temperature of the food but if the food temperature is subpar I will tweet about it I will be very happy if it’s warm and I will tweet about it actually being warm as well if that is the case

The lady who seemed to be in charge was beyond rude. We brought our kids for lunch and to play. We waited over 20 mins for our food and were scolded when we asked if it would be ready soon. Our happy meals had no fries which irritated her and then I asked for a cup of water and she told me it was out of order. We will never go back this this McDonald’s again. No “fast” food or customer service skills.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to and I’m not going back . . . ever!

The two times prior to today the employees were rude and the order was wrong. “Lite Ice” means just that not a cup full of ice. “No Meat” means just that . . . oh, and don’t argue with the customer about it when you do it wrong.

Today I ordered a large coffee and was trying to find something on the menu to go with it when I heard the girl’s breath in the microphone as she was trying to conceal her laughing. I asked her what was so funny and she went completely silent. I was so disgusted and drove off.

It’s blatantly obvious that this location is run by immature employees with no supervision. If you want to be insulted and eat subpar food, by all means go here. If not, there are many other locations that represent the brand name in high form.
