I placed an order for 2 sausage and cheese biscuits, two hash browns and a Powerade
I also had another Mobile order I told her both of the names she proceeds to hand me one of the drinks through the window. It’s already in my hand and she takes it back and she’s like hold on.
Then she returns with the drink, and then my Powerade, which my Powerade was not even close to being full, so I asked her if she could add more and she literally added water. My drink was so water down. I was upset And Lady definitely had an attitude.
When I called the store, somebody picked up and said that this phone is not working that she will call me back offer her own phone number. It’s about 10-15 min now I have not heard back.

This in my opinon is the worst Mcdonalds in eastlake. There is never someone at the front, if you want a refill you are screwed because its either leave or wait several minutes for someone to finally notice you and give you a regfill. This is the only Mcdonalds I know that CHARGES FOR THE SAUCES. Every Mcdonalds I go to gives it to me for free. I also order a Boo Bucket and Recieved a regular happy meal with a toy truck. If you dont have the bucket in stock DONT LEAVE IT IN THE KIOSK. This Mcdonalds is frustrating cause it tastes just fine but the service is annoying.
Avoid if possible. I am never going to this location again.

Food was fresh, but the service was disappointing. We weren’t greeted at the drive-thru and had to drive up to the window to get assistance with our online order. The manager, Miguel, was polite and admitted he wasn’t wearing his headset so he was not aware of what had happened . We were asked to park and waited 15 minutes, only to receive an incomplete order.
When we called the store, we were hung up on twice. We returned and spoke to the manager again, who apologized, but overall the staff clearly needs better training. Very disappointed, especially since this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.

The young lady at the window was extremely kind and hardworking! She’s helped me twice before during the night rush as well, and she always exemplifies fantastic customer service! Didn’t get her name but she definitely deserves a shout out!

This restaurant never ceases to amaze me on how terrible they are, I can tell by the low score on reviews I am not the only one. I order a plain CHEESEBURGER and as simple as it sound they manage to screw it up, no cheese on a cheeseburger. I talked to manager Pricilla and her excuse was that the cooks get confuse and can’t read the screen. I had to drive back to the store and take the food back because she asked for it in order to get my order remake the right way, by the time i got back home everything else was already cold. There is obviously a lack of leadership in customer service at this restaurant.

Not sure how hard not to put cheese on the sandwich when it’s even written in the order NO ChEESe. It seems like they do it on purpose. I took off one side of cheese and still has the other side of cheese. Then you try to call the place and it’s not even the right number on Google map. Get it together mc Donald’s. So disappointing

This location freaking sucks. They’ve gotten our order wrong so many times we don’t even bother anymore. Today I had a migraine so we ordered and when we got home my quarter pounder was missing . My dad went back and the manager and he gave it to him, but it sucks that we had to go back. It wasn’t the first time either, prior to today I had ordered on the app and there was a glitch, when a worker came out to ask if I was okay I told her yes and that I was still waiting for my order. Eventually I received an email thanking me for my order, which I still hadn’t received. So I went to the drive thru and they said because it had been more than 10 minutes, they wouldn’t give me my order and I would have to order and pay again. The manager that day freaking sucked, and was so rude and unapologetic. I asked them for a refund and they referred me to corporate. I reported it to corporate and they said it was the locations fault so I called, no answer. So I left a voicemail. Almost 2 months later and I still haven’t received my refund from that time. You all suck.

Horrible service, careless staff. Lack of management oversight. You order in advance so they have your order ready upon arrival just for them to tell you to park, wait additional 8 mins just so the order could come out incorrect, after verifying 3 time once at the paying window, 2nd food window and when the employee brought to vehicle, after quickly checking cause I’m no rookie and seeing the mistake Im calling her and she ignores me so I start to reverse and she notices me, she comes back I tell her the issues and she wants to argue, after I explained again, her only response was park right and I’ll exchange for you. Mind blown if she was to worry about service as much as my parking (which I was crooked a little cause I was reversing when I finally got her attention) it would’ve been a better review.

This mcdonald’s has the worst service. The workers are lazy and pay no attention to detail. Drinks are never full, fries and nuggets are always cold. They make you wait forever for your order then forget items. This mcdonalds is a joke.
