I am very disappointed at Mcdonalds, I clearly ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles, but they did not get the order right. There was no line at all, so there was no excuse to give an incomplete order. Not only that but they had me wait a while. If they do not step up, they will continue to lose customers as it is happening on surrounding mcdonalds, where they mess up the orders when there is not even a line.

Service was fairly quick. Dining area tables needed some wiping down. Fairly clean otherwise. The layouts nice for the play area parents can sit and watch thier children. Not that the parents tonight seemed to care much for that… Do they not realize the dangers or this must be a really safe neighborhood.

The is by far the best run McDonald’s I’ve been to in years. Bathrooms were well maintained and had paper towels in addition to hand driers. While the rest of McDonald’s employees seem to hide in the kitchen from customers there were a several here eager to help, approaching us rather than waiting until we flagged them down. Would that all businesses were run this efficiently.

NOO FREE REFILLS included. Dirty tables everywhere and had some employee forget our fries. Went over to ask what was going on and saw her chit chatting it up with some other associate and still give us attitude. Will never come back here, would give them zero rating if I could.
