I thought the undercooked hashbrowns and sausage was gross
I think it’s bizarre how some employees lack the common sense to cook food long enough or to cook it at least to a point where it’s appetizing.
It literally feels like they’re just in a rush to get the food out the door to keep up with the drive-through line instead of thinking about quality control
But I think it comes down to the leadership or management that should be on top of that and how to cook.
So I won’t be coming here for breakfast again.
But the staff were friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience at this location. The crew that worked 2/14/26 at 9 PM. I was at that drive-through for almost an hour. They didn’t know what they were doing at all. I was already missing a drink and the young lady said the machine wasn’t working. A younger man was saying a lot of profanity, racist remarks to his coworkers, and cussing a lot while eating.

Me and my family went in today before I went to work at Ihop and I had a great experience with ROMY and a JOANNA. These two girls were totally amazing their service I would definitely rate as a 10 these girls definitely need a raise thank you girls for making me and my family feel welcome

I ordered on the app and the food was ready within 5 minutes. I went in store to get the order, since the drive thru looked to be a long line. Fries were crispy, fresh and had just the right amount of salt. Employees there were pleasant and attentive, something I didn’t really expect because I have had bad experience at a different location (also in Odessa.)

I placed a curbside order for 6 chicken nuggets and a diet coke. I received 4 chicken nuggets, so I went in to have the issue resolved (which it quickly was), and left. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the soda before I left, and I ended up with regular coke (which I can’t drink) instead of diet. The employees are very nice, but clearly incompetent.

we ordered 3 coffees and one mc griddle and it took 20 minutes to get our order. it seems like every time we come we have to wait for 20+ minutes just to get our orders. so much for fast food.

Horrible customer service put my mobile order got there got half my order then they told me to go to window two to wait for a frappe for another 15 more minutes and then they want to be rude about it after I was patiently waiting for my drink! Would give them zero stars if I could! Then my food was cold to top it off! ♀️

Had to wait in drive thru for 20 min. And it is only 4pm. Go to open my bag and the fries were just thrown in there so the were all over the bottom of the bag. Did not get one damn napkin, ordered a coke and got Dr. Pepper. This I will never do again. Horrible restaurant all around.

The guy at the window was cussing at another worker while the drive thru window was open and paid no attention to my when I pulled up to pay. The kids meal was incomplete and my double meat cheeseburger add bacon had a single patty and no bacon and no cheese. This is the worst location ive ever been to. Ive tried multiple times to give benefit of doubt but it gets worse
