Taking the time to write a review because the service was just that bad. They gave us 2 out of our 4 items ordered. We told them we were missing them and they looked at us like we were crazy. They asked for the receipt so we provided it. But that wasn’t enough, they asked for the bag of food that I HAD ALREADY STARTED EATING and said it wasn’t our order. Even though it was exactly what I ordered. I understand that we make mistakes. But if that’s the case, just apologize and let me keep my food. It’s unhygienic and rude to ask for a bag of food that someone has already started to eat. Take the loss, apologize and move on next time.

Every time I go through the drive thru I always have something missing from my order. Make sure to check the bag before you pull away. Some of the staff are not friendly. Customer service should be top priority.

We are from out of town. I rarely go to McDonald’s, but we stopped here for lunch. This is the nicest McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff was so nice. They nailed their customer service!!!

There is parking for semis, next to the mcdonald’s and across the street.Very nice clean when walking in! The restroom was a bit dirty but usable. Mad about using the kiosk because they had some things available. But the kiosk said it was unavailable, so it was back and forth to the kiosk and the register. Very nice staff and compared to all the mcdonald’s pretty good food(Even though it is all the same, this one tasted different(better).

This was a nice, updated McDonald’s to stop at while on the road. They have multiple self ordering stations and two registers. The ordering stations worked fine for us when we were there, unlike I’ve seen in previous reviews for this restaurant. The ordering was fast, efficient and it even scanned our discount from the McDonald’s app without incident. We were able to use Apple Pay, grab a table tent, and went directly to our table. When the employee brought the food, we were missing a fry and our drinks, but they fixed the issue rapidly and did not challenge the issue at all. The food was hot and the order was otherwise accurate. The tables, bathrooms and playground were very clean. The playground is small, like mentioned in previous reviews, but it was perfect for our kids to stretch their legs before we got back on the road.
