I placed a mobile order that ended up missing 3 items… The food I received was okay , but they were missing 2 apple pies and 1 cookies and cream pie. The fries did not taste fresh , but the burgers were tasty.

I go several times a week to get an iced coffee and today I was so disappointed I ordered curbside most times and I had to wait 15 minutes for a simple iced coffee but that’s not all I had to leave because I was in a hurry. Literally just passing by for a simple iced coffee.

I went by this mcdonalds thinking I was lucky there was no line. Boy was I wrong. If I hadn’t been picky about removing the onions off of my burger, I wouldn’t have found the long strand of hair mixed in with it. I was also trying to ask the woman with the boatload of makeup at the drive thru window for some ranch. I know she saw me in her peripheral and she ignored me. To top it off, they also forgot my cookies.. A Tragedy.

I have never been to this location in Midland. I usually only order a happy meal for my child when I go to McDonald’s. It’s McDonald’s ♀️ Today, I ordered what may have possibly been the BEST Mcdouble I have ever tasted. What made this drive thru dining experience magical was that the food was HOT. I have only experienced luke warm hamburgers at a drive thru. The hamburger bun was FLUFFY, not squishy. I wish I had taken a picture, but it was too good.

Over half the McDonald’s staff do not know a lick of English. My last two orders were wrong and the lady in the window didn’t understand a word I was saying, both times. The Manager is waste, as well. The inside dining room is closed at 9 pm. Cane’s doesn’t close until 3 am. Thank you, Cane’s.
