This location got my order wrong by giving me a bacon bagel when I ordered a steak bagel. By the time I could return, they were not longer serving lunch. I get it, breakfast is over by a certain time so you could not make my order. Then to replace my meal with lunch and I had to pay for my lunch when I was only looking to purchase breakfast. Then to return and only receive the sandwich after asking to receive a hash brown or purchase a hash brown; you say, “okay, sure,” then to not receive the hash brown too. Please understand that this is not customer service because you’ve inconvenienced me to the point that I’ve returned mire than twice to your store and had to purchase other items due to your teams lack of attentiveness. They are inconsiderate, shop somewhere else.

Didn’t get ketchup, napkins, or straws, I went back and let them know didn’t receive them the guy there replied, you have to ask for us to give you utensils, even in DT, he said yes . I was oooo ok . Next time I’ll know, just heads up. Got a total of 5 meals .

For a McDonald’s this place is amazing. Very modern. Great play area for the kids.

This place must have JUST been renovated when I went the first time because it is absolutely filthy. The kids play area is disgusting and this isn’t from a couple of messy kids, obvious it isn’t cleaned regularly with dirt and food caked on. Even though we don’t really like fast food I liked having a clean, safe indoor place to hang out on cold rainy days. Need less to say, we will not return to this place. McDonald’s is back on the no-go list.

actually the most useless employees i’ve ever interacted with waited 33 whole minutes on our order seeing people come in way after us sitting down and eating and watching the whole rush of the restaurant leave just fir the woman at the front to tell us that this order was already made and take saying she saw a girl grab it then she said she saw us grab it EVEN THOUGH ONE OF US DOSENT HAVE ANY FOOD IN HAND come to find out the order wasn’t even registered and we had to wait for them to make another we ended up being late to school and had to get tardy passes this is the second time we’ve gone here as a small group and our orders were not received until half the restaurant was gone i thought this time would be at least a little but different apparently not

The girl taking the order at the drive through kept mishearing us and got our order wrong in the end. We were charged for the wrong things, didn’t get our fries, and quarter pounder. This has been a constant issue when I’ve come to order through drive through.

I showed up at 5:15am right after they opened. Ordered my breakfast and it was ready right away. I’ve been to other McDonald’s shortly after they opened and was told, sorry, we don’t have anything ready yet. So thank you for the great service and organization.

Came to the drive thru to get my kids a treat so I could run earrns without hearing I’m hungry every 5 seconds. Ordered and paid for my food at 456. Received my two kids meals went to steal a kids fry because I hadn’t recieved mine yet and both kids frys where cold and nasty like they had been sitting out. I asked for new frys as I was still sitting at the window and they gave me not even kidding 7 frys in one 10 frys in the other…… my 2 year old will deff eat more then 7 frys. On top of waiting 15 minutes maybe more for my burger and frys…… every time we come here our order gets messed up.
