Because of the extremely poor service of GrubHub my food was cold, my Carmel frappe was melted, my fries were hard and cold and I was waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I don’t blame a good fast food restaurant. I blame a very poor lying app that “guarantees 30 minutes”.

The young man taking my order did not understand at all. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese the meal medium with dr pepper. 2 hamburger patties for my dog. It will run me 12 to 13 dollars. My bill was over 15.00. I was trying to find out why it was so much. The lady at the food window couldn’t understand what I was asking. I repeated my order, she just told me the cost.
