Ordered dinner for delivery, everything came cold, frappe was missing, fries were not even filled, and BBQsauce was broken open. We only got 32 nuggets out of a 40 count order. I don’t usually complain nor give reviews but when I called the store to talk to someone no one answered.

Went to McDonald’s at Christmas Eve and a few days afterwards. The difference was night and day. After getting through the drive-thru line I had to wait 45 minutes for my meal and they couldn’t even get it right they came out with one large french fry and I ordered three medium fries. They can’t even get the fries in the bag. Disappointing to say the least. I went back two days later and everything was to order as expected and very fast. Disappointing.

Ordered at drive thru and just being a person understanding that its busy and we said our order slow the first time and clear. She didnt hear our order so talking amongst ourself me and my daughter we first said did I say that too fast and I said no shes probably new. Not in a mean way because we’ve worked fast food well we get to pay for our food and we are followed by big eye rolls and rude service.

The lady Jennifer on drive thru service tonight rushed us through our order was very disrespectful to us and her coworkers! If she doesn’t want to work in customer service she shouldn’t, the male that was on the drive thru register was extremely helpful don’t know his name, but he was awesome, expected more out of this experience!!

Food was fast and excellent! The service was not! We were shorted a kids cup and when my wife asked for it the employee stated “I followed the order but whatever just have another”. Then I went to pay for a another sauce and the same lady complained about having no change and “how she didn’t care anymore”.

This is the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve ever seen and been to. They always mess orders up, and tonight makes the 2nd time I’ve placed over a 40.00 order just to get to McDonald’s pull up to curbside spot and open app to check in and have it say my order has been cancelled due to curbside being closed. Now I have to wait a few days to even get my money added back to my account. And still have to buy dinner for my family tonight. Please everyone stay away from this McDonald’s drive the extra miles to a better location. This has happened 2x this past year with this McDonald’s location.

Every Sunday we take our kids to McDonald’s eat breakfast and play. We usually go to one closer to us but always deal with slow bad service. We came to this one and the manager was in front taking orders. I already did a mobile order because I’m used to not having help but when I went up front I was asked what order is mine and as soon as I told him, he had it out and ready. It was fresh too! We also showed up a few minutes before the play place was open. We were happy to wait the 10 minutes and they went out of their way to get the chairs down and ready for us. That meant a lot to us because having a child with Autism and adhd, waiting can be hard. We will definitely be coming back to this one for our Sundays. It was overall just so nice to actually experience customer service and leadership. Something I haven’t seen in years. Keep up the good work!

Will not be going back to this location. Sat in the mobile pickup order spot for 25 minutes and watched three other cars come and go before I decided to go in and get my food. Order was missing all the sauces, fries were cold, nuggets were cold. Last time they forgot an entire double quarter pounder, so yeah, not coming back to this location.
