Worth the Trip
We visit this McDonald’s fairly often, and the food is consistently good. Orders are usually accurate, and everything tastes fresh. The main challenge has been the wait times, which tend to be longer than expected, even when it doesn’t seem especially busy.
The other consistent issue has been the customer service. There isn’t much warmth or hospitality, and interactions often feel rushed or disengaged. It’s been this way over multiple visits across several years, which makes it seem more like a management or culture issue than just an off day. The food keeps us coming back, but improved friendliness and efficiency would make a big difference in the overall experience.

9/10 the food is fresh and made correctly. But when it comes to getting serviced at the front counter your destined to wait for at least 10 minutes. I’ve been told by a worker that it’s not their job to take the order at the register even though there are things you can’t order at the kiosk and have to order at the register. This is also not the only McDonald’s that does this. But they are definitely better than south 14 where they will ignore you for 20 minutes and then tell you to order it yourself

Paid for 3 meals and only got 1 fry. Burgers were very sloppy. But was good taste wise. I understand that it was busy but when u pay for meals please give the appropriate items.

Ordered 40 nuggets and large fry.
Will definitely be the last time! They were rubbery and hard to chew.. I think its true what they saying about McDonald’s not using real meat or adding junk like that material they use for making bridges/overpasses!! What and why is beyond me! We’ve got to stop poisoning ourselves and our kids w McDonald’s just because its convenient and fast!! The service was ok friendly ppl earning a living. And multi billion company and don’t give napkins? Smh! Ridiculous! Terrible food if in fact it is food! Yuck!

Truth seeker
I’ve lived in Abilene since 94′ and I’ve never seen a new cemetery…. There is not enough hamburger meat to be serving 60+ million people a day. I don’t know folks but I would steer clear of these burgers and chicken nuggets. They buy Holstein cows that are fallen and can’t get up and who knows what else to serve the public…. Use your best judgement it’s your body

I have had the worst service here . Drive up problems. In 3 days this week, my daughter got the wrong food. Yesterday, I ordered a lg sweet tea. As I drove away, I found that I could not get my straw in the drink cup, because the cup was filled so full of ice, the lid was protruding. It appears that if you order more than two items, the staff cannot get it right. They want pay raises, well I want what I ordered. It always happens in the drive up. As I sit here posting this, a lady is complaing about a wrong order she received in the drive up.

We were at this location from out of town and my husband and me were impressed with the service and food. We have one close by where we live and never have this type of experience. The service was friendly and helpful! The food was great and tasted fresh and warm.

Went through the drive-thru on the 8th of February at 9 PM. Ordered 2 meals deals. Wasn’t given fries at all. Drove around again and was greeted by a female worker angrily screaming through the box that they were closed even though posted hours state the drive thru is open until 1 AM. I will not be returning to this location. Only giving 1 star because it will not allow me to leave less or a poop emoji.

I’ve had problems at this McDonald’s quite a few times, but this time pushed me over the edge. the inside of my burger was NOT cooked at all. I understand working in fast food you have to be quick, but I would much rather wait than bite into an uncooked burger.
