I went here last night, and it was a really enjoyable expirence, even though we just went through the drive thru. One of the workers, I believe, Juan was his name, was such an enjoyable human to be around. Honestly just a sweet person and so full of energy, even though he’s working at McDonalds.

Let me start by saying that I have not eaten at a McDonald’s in decades. We stopped here for a quick bathroom break and to let our daughter run off some energy after being cooped up in the car turned a long road trip. We grabbed a bite to eat during the stop and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It’s still McDonald’s don’t get me wrong a little bland not the best burger I’ve ever had. But this McDonald’s is definitely better than I remember. The service could use a little more communication and there was no ketchup. The play escapes and bathrooms were clean.

So dirty. Stinky. The boys bathroom was leaking toilet water out into the front. Flies flying all over the cookies. Terrible service with the workers cussing. One girl also was speaking very loudly saying that she normally tells the customers the ice cream machine isn’t working when she really just has to turn it on?????

Never waited so long for an order at any Mc Donald’s before. The one star is for taking about 40 minutes for 2 drinks a meal and a sandwich.. and 3 apple pies. The counter attendant was nice and very respectful about it, he just said we were waiting on our pies so I asked for our food meanwhile…but no management stepped in to see why it took so long for this order (was ordered through kiosk) was that the reason?? Should we order at counter next time? If so what’s purpose of self help in kiosk?

All I ordered was tater tots and a drink. Driving.off I reached in sack for a tot and they felt like they had just been taken out of refrigerator. Disgusting! Never again!! Cooked them at home..so mad!
