We stopped by this McDonald’s on our way to Dallas and it was an absolute mess. The service was awful. The guy with the red tips in his hair had a bad attitude and kept getting our order wrong. We waited at our table for 20 minutes only to get the wrong order. We got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a breakfast burrito that we did not order. We ordered 2 orders of (2) mcgriddles in our order and the guy later on told us they were out of mcgriddles and just stared at us giving us no options for further assistance. I asked to speak to the manager who then struggled to process a refund for those items as well as the hashbrowns we were supposed to get but didn’t because “breakfast is now over” but we had ordered over 20 minutes before. We also ordered some apple pies which were served cold. I asked the guy to reheat the pies and they gave us the same pies without doing anything to them. I then had to walk this guy through our order because he had completely forgotten our drinks. He grabbed the receipt and crumpled it in his hand showing frustration. I understand being busy but there is no need to give attitude to the customer when the staff got the order wrong. On top of this, the tables were dirty and I had to wipe it down before sitting. The windows are covered in water residue. The floors were muddy. I truly do NOT recommend stopping by this McDonald’s. If you can, just turn around and go to the TacoBell down the street. This was a nightmare to deal with.

Ordered breakfast 3 burritos sausage MC griddle suppose to be 3 hash browns and a sausage biscuits and gravy and an apple pie and strawberry cream pie. I was missing 2 hash browns and didn’t get any silverware for my sausage gravy. Maybe try checking your bags to make sure everything is there before handing it out the window to ensure the customer gets everything they need for there meal as a former McDonald’s employee.

Soon as I arrived it was nearly a fight with a customer and a employee. I’m only taking my time out because it was a hair embedded in the cheese that didn’t look anything like mine. Nobody had on hair nets and to top it off it was smokey in the lobby almost unbearable to breath I’m not a regular I was just rolling thru the states. MCDONALD’S DO BETTER. We can’t eat contaminated food I’m only giving 2 star because they did listen to some music I asked them to check out.

I hate that this is the only McDonald’s close. The order is literally NEVER correct. Tonight I ordered a bottled water that when my son got home with the order was not there. Last time I ordered holiday pies and literally had to go inside to wait 20 min for them to cook them because they were going to be happy with me discovering I don’t have them once I got home. I try to call and the call is never ever picked up. I’m resorting to this Google review at this point. If my son didn’t love the nuggets I’d never ever give them my money ever again. I’ve lived in a lot of places, but this McDonald’s is by far the worst ever. Ever.

This store gets a 0 in every way as I was DENIED service after driving 6 hours I finally found somewhere to eat with my 8 month old and my very tired wife and was told the lobby closes in 10 minutes and I told
Them the window says on Friday and Saturday open till 11 and we really just needed a place to move for my infant son and some quick food plus they had a lobby full of people. I said the window says 11 they told me the manager says it’s closed and I said “you’re going to lie to me?” They snickered and shrugged their shoulders. Said I could get in drive through if I wanted anything. I’m just so shocked. I’ve now watched 4 customers get turned away as they locked the door early.

Our ordering experience was excellent and pick up went smoothly. But when we opened the bag, after we left, the order looked right, but then we opened the wrappers to find not only was the food wrong, it was ice cold, the biscuit was like a stale puck of bread, and the bacon(which we didn’t order) looked like bacon bits, but it may have been a half slice at best, the cheese was cold and hard, and one of the hash browns was still frozen in the middle. No we didn’t come back to give them an opportunity to fix it because I was afraid they’d spit in the food. I get it. Working in fast food sucks but don’t take your micro aggressions out on paying customers. In general, when I’m eating fast food, I have so very few exceptions, but this was just unbelievable. The food quality was barely edible. Our dogs wouldn’t even eat it. That’s on McDonald’s but the people preparing it, packing, and sliding it down the food chute saw what they were serving, so no excuse there. I’d say do better, but I’ll just never come back, and not because I think they’ll actually care, but I won’t come back because this doesn’t seem to be a one off issue. This seems to be the standard.

I don’t know what has been going on here. They used to have really great service and the food even for McDonald’s was darn good. This has been the second order that we have had to wait outrageous times.

My partner had to go in and actually tell them we had an order and the lady working took 15 minutes before even acknowledging his existence in the store.

Three other doordashers complained of this same issue. In addition, everyone before us was walking out with nothing.

I try to be very understanding and patient but this is crazy…

Today I ordered st 1045/11am ish only to receive my order TWO HOURS LATER!

The fries were stale, and cold, the bread on our sandwiches was very stale and tasted like they just reheated 4 weeks old food.

Not acceptable.

Probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to – which is weird: I thought McDonalds were all pretty standard at this point.

Came inside while on the way home from a trip: used the bathrooms (which were disgusting, btw) and after using the bathroom, went up to the front to order. There was no one there and I waited for a few minutes before a woman came up apologizing that she was thirsty or something similar and had to get a drink. I ordered a cheeseburger and two large fries, paid and waited.

While waiting, I got to observe the overall service, which was incredibly disorganized and scattered. The woman who was taking orders was running between the counter and the back (rather than just communicating using headsets? That’s what I used to do a Starbucks…so I have plenty of sympathy for those working fast food) – and because of that, she couldn’t remember what people had ordered, interrupted people mid-order to go handle something in back, etc.

While on the way out, a mother with her children was complaining about ‘cold fries’ but we weren’t sure what she meant until we got our food (which we had to retrieve from another customer. She just handed it to them without checking their number / receipt) and the fries were oily but also lukewarm and barely cooked at all. :s Literally awful.
I have never – in my life – not finished McDonalds fries but neither myself, my sister, nor my wife could finish these. Not sure if they crowded the fryer or forgot to fry them fully / double but they were just awful.

0 / 10 – would not recommend. If you need to get food, anywhere else would be better than here.

Awful service, unempathetic staff. Food was cold and the staff could not get an order right. Had to ask for all our drinks, had to give back food that wasn’t ours, and management refused to honor a breakfast order that was made during breakfast time that took a while to come out…all because it was lunchtime when they gave it to us? There is no exaggeration when I say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

All McDonalds location with new concept: let me clarify.. this is a corporate error. Not location.

I can’t say service was bad however they is no need to speak with you.

Automated order. App & delivery. If you order in house, you are waiting around for 20-40 minutes all over just bumping in to people because the design was not thought through.

If they want it to be all about the app, they should do away with in house ordering. Line the walls with ordering machines. Not just two.

Especially on highways were people are traveling just not efficient.
