Idk who was on the line today when I ordered my food, but thank you. Everytime I select extra Onions on my burger it’s never extra. Though today whoever made my food killed it. That’s exactly what I like when I order extra Onions. Thank you so much, that made my day with my big back self lol

Placed an online order at 10:50 cause they serve breakfast till 11 , I place my order and drive that way from work , I did this simply because it ensures me “don’t worry, we’ll prepare your order as you drive over here” I get there at 11:06 and I’m told that they can’t make my order . Can’t make it ? I thought you guys made it as I was coming this way … the only response I got from the manager was “I don’t know I just work here” is it that hard to say you threw away all the breakfast items and can’t do it, no they continue to lie to my face . Pretty crazy they need to take all the wording around and in the store that says they prepare the food as I head that way , it was on the window I was talking to the manager for crying out loud . Unbelievable and lazy crew.

The restaurant was dirty as soon as we walked in. That should have been our 1st red flag to leave. We proceeded to order. Once we got our food, we were missing good and 2 drinks. We got those, and I went to fill the drinks myself to find out EVERY DRINK was out and the whole drink area was disgustingly dirty!!!!! When I asked for them to fill it in the back, he said they are out of all drinks, but never said anything upon ordering! So we left without drinks. Once we got home, we realized the patties are paper thin….literally! The Big Mac, cheese burgers, nuggets, and rib sandwiche was all much smaller than usual but the price increased. And the taste was NOT there…..not that it ever was but it was especially bad this time! We will NOT be returning to this place ever again!!!!

Had lunch here in January 2026. The food is Delicious, the service is Spectacular, and the Staff is very Friendly at this location. It is a pleasure eating at this location. Highly Recommend stopping here if you are traveling through Amarillo.

Stopped here for breakfast while driving through town. It was INCREDIBLY clean. The workers were so nice and patient with me. Before I bought anything I asked for a cup of hot water so I could make a baby bottle. They had no issues giving me one even though I wasn’t technically a customer yet. When I did order, the food was fresh and delicious. I was very impressed by the morning crew!

Greasiest hamburger I’ve ever had. It’s disgusting. The napkins were an effort to get the grease out of the buns! The restaurant is dirty, tables aren’t clean. I’m crossing McDonald’s off the list of places I will eat. This is horrible.

Passing through Amarillo and popped in for a 1/4 lb cheese burger. Also ordered a small fountain drink, and got charged $1.79 for a “small beverage surcharge”. Really?? Feels like covert price gouging. Come on McDonald’s you’re better than this!

BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady at the speaker who took our order and cashed us out was incredibly rude. Looked like she didn’t even wanna be there. Rushed us the entire time while taking our order and was just not polite or respectful.
