My food was supposed to be plain and there’s onions on both of my burgers The chicken nuggets are soggy completely in the middle. They are cold and nasty. Even the fries are cold. I am writing to express my concern regarding the consistently poor customer service at this location. On multiple occasions—not just once—I have experienced issues with menu items being denied despite being advertised and available. Additionally, my order has been incorrect several times, which has been both frustrating and inconvenient.
What concerns me most is the attitude displayed by staff. The service often feels rushed, as though customers are being pushed through the line rather than assisted properly. Interactions have come across as rude and unwelcoming, creating the impression that employees do not want to be there or value customer satisfaction.

I went here 5 times this month (for the monopoly) and almost every time my order was messed up! Im allergic to specific things so when I find those things in my food after asking for it not to be it makes me upset, because if I hadn’t looked before eating I’d be in a hospital bed. They don’t pay much attention to orders here go to the other location for food. at least the people are sweet

I found it very rude and disrespectful that you can hear a manager talking crap to everyone and yelling at them for no reason I could see everyone was trying to move as fast as they can, but all she did was complain about everything. The food was terrible and her service was terrible. She made the atmosphere feel suffocating. You could tell she has very bad hospitality and hates her job and doesn’t care about nobody her name was IRENE i’m writing this review because I’ve been here a couple times. She’s either in drive-through or walking around complaining at everyone. A couple times I’ve been here all she does is yell at her employees complain about everything these are young children under the supervision of an older woman. She should show them respect, not be rude and disrespectful to them.if this is how this manager runs this place, I’d say just go somewhere this woman must be favored for her to still be employed here because the way she treats others is very hateful. Just a reminder her name was IRENE!!!!!!

They take forever to get your food ready and then it always comes out wrong that they have either over charged you or forgot to add something to the order even when specifically said in the order. It should not take 30 minutes for a simple order.

Everything about how they run this place sucks from the employees to the food service can’t never get something right when I order for this location but the other location in town does everything better don’t know why they even open a second location in Hereford all we got is a bunch of lazy highschoolers who don’t wanna work hopefully McDonald management sees this and start look into this location
