Counter employee decided to skip over me telling her about my pick up order so she can take the orders of those behind me because time was running out on breakfast. Sounds like a problem for people that leave everything to the last minute. I had to wait while several customers put their order before she acknowledged my needs. I was in line first.

This McDonald’s location showed NO GRACE for me. I placed a breakfast mobile order which showed as CONFIRMED. And just seconds before I pulled up to the drive-thru my order was cancelled and refunded. I asked them if I could please still get my order, I only missed breakfast by a couple of minutes …and above all that was an order that was already CONFIRMED. And they said no and denied my request showing no grace whatsoever. BRING BACK ALL DAY BREAKFAST!!! Or at least until noon. Terrible service and humanity

Charged for a mobile order, waited nearly an hour, and staff could not locate it. I had the receipt and app confirmation and they remade the order but no one apologized. Avoid Friday after school because it gets chaotic. When they miss something, which happens often, they do not trust you and check the cameras.

I asked for an oatmeal with 4 creamers. I spoke with the manager in the morning about the dry oatmeal they sold me and she told me if I wanted I could come back and see her redo my oatmeal. She promised that she did put the creamers on my oatmeal. I had to waste my time and go back and prove to her that she was wrong. The lady didn’t apologize. I showed her the difference of how the oatmeals look with and without creamers.
