Stopped by the McDonald’s on Main St this morning and had a great experience. The drive-thru moved incredibly fast for a busy weekday, and my Mc Griddle was hot and fresh. A huge shoutout to the staff at the window—they were super friendly and actually made sure I had napkins and ketchup without me having to ask. It’s the little things that make a difference!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this McDonald’s was so disappointing that people deserve a warning. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt completely off. The employees looked overwhelmed, unorganized, and honestly like they did not want to be there. Instead of working together, they looked confused and stressed, which made the whole place feel chaotic.

My order took way longer than it should have, even though the lobby wasn’t busy. The staff moved slowly, didn’t communicate, and kept messing up orders for multiple customers. By the time I got my food, it was cold, thrown together carelessly, and missing items. When I politely pointed it out, the employees acted annoyed instead of correcting the issue professionally.

The dining area wasn’t cleaned, trash was overflowing, and several tables still had food and spills left from earlier customers. It’s pretty clear that management isn’t keeping the team trained or supported, and the workers seem completely drained and checked out.

If you want fast service, fresh food, or even basic accuracy, this location is not the place. I recommend people double-check their bags before leaving because mistakes are almost guaranteed.

This location is a must for me and my family when we come back from out of town. We have never had a bad experience until today, my food order was missing couple items. Went to the counter and asked nicely if I could have what I was missing, the young man were polite ,but the lady in charge swore she gave me what was missing telling them to go check my table had me stranding there for a while and I heard her and I told her go check no need to lie. While that was happening the other coworker told her she put it in the wrong order. I couldn’t even eat I was so upset the way I was treated.

Since when McDonald’s doesn’t provide refills. It’s very disappointing that we a family of 5 we spent 30 to 40 dollars eating at your restaurant cannot get a simple refills for our drinks.
All other restaurants have this service. We just went to Texas Road house, Peter Piper Pizza, Chilli’s, Taco Bell, you name it they all provide drink refills. So sad a a multimillion dollar company can keep their customer happy by just keeping the drink refills. Next time we will come with our drinks so we won’t spend our hard working money on a cup full of ice.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life! My family and I all got food poisoning! I ended up in the ER after 6 days of horrible stomach pain and throwing up! We were fine before eating here and was sick right after and it was the only thing we ate that day so I know it was their food! We ordered the 2 breakfast taquitos and hashbrown.

I walked into the McDonald’s in front of H-E-B and had an excellent experience. The manager, Michael, stepped in to help the cashier, Jenny, with our order, which was pretty long and complicated.
We’re keeping ourselves accountable with our keto diet, so there were lots of modifications — no buns and plenty of special requests. At one point the order was accidentally deleted while they were editing it, but we all laughed about it and fixed it together with no stress at all.
Both Michael and Jenny were super patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Great customer service and a genuinely pleasant experience.

Ordered online. Picked to get home and realize I have 20 nuggets not the 40 i ordered. I called and spoke to manager. He was very professional and apologized. Went back to grab the food it was ready for me. He included some extras for my trouble.

Mistakes happen we will be back again.
