Buying Stuff
The tea at this location is no good! Their tea brewer needs to be cleaned or replaced. I ordered a half-cut tea through the drive-thru this morning around 8:45am, and it looked murky/dirty and weird.
I brought up this concern to the window employee and her response was that’s how the half-n-half tea comes out. N-O! I drink tea all day, every day! I know for a fact that tea doesn’t normally look like this.
Not sure if the problem is the brewer itself or the water feeding the brewer.

The food was up to corporate standards. They person delivering the food was very good. Staff were as good as anywhere (McDonald’sor fast food) I’ve observed.
The restaurant other than the kitchen sucked. No self-service ice or soda. Bathroom has no paper towels just a poop spreading blow dryer. Also not too clean.

Stopped in for breakfast. I cant remember the last time I had McDonald’s breakfast. I’m never awake in time lol. Their sausage mcmuffin w/egg was so good. I ate the whole thing AND the hash brown and I don’t normally eat that much. Iwas super full after that

I went into the restroom last week and saw some girl named kat or kaite going into the restroom with an employee, I was with my daughter, and she saw me changing my daughter. She went into the stall Not caring and letting all the smoke out and it smelled disgusting like Marijuana. Very unprofessional, I will be bringing this up higher is nothing is done with this smoking.

I ordered hot & spicy and they had these small patties, it was more bread than anything else,
my soda tasted like alka seltzer, my fries were cold and so was the rest of my food. Extremely disappointed as I’m from out of town and there was no way to go back I was already on the way out of there thinking my family and would have a nice hot meal with great refreshments. Nope.

Also be aware sauce it’s not free anymore you only get to choose one for your meal. Everything else gets charge and then they don’t even give it to you on your bag so be aware and ask for it

So yesterday morning they handled me the wrong order. When I got to work I gave them a call and spoke with the manager and she took care of it. Good customer service.

Placed my order at 12:56. It’s now 1:20 and I’m still waiting on my order. There were zero numbers on the pick up sign and a huge door dash order and customer that got here after me got their food before we did. They checked on me once. The food was cold and the Powerade was watered down from the waiting. At this rate I could have made the order myself.
