The kid at the 1st window had an attitude AND messed up my order.
The little girl at the window was equally rude AND messed up my order.
This is the worst McDonald’s in austin.

If you go here and they mess up your order don’t expect it to get fixed!! If I could give zero stars I would. Veronica messed up my drive thru order and made me leave my car unattended twice to go inside to get my order to be then still given a completely different order when gotten home. Even after telling her each item I got she still messed up my order and forgot something. When realizing she forgot an item. I called the store. Then when talking to Veronica and finding out that she is the “manager” she told me the only option was to drive all the way back there and return the food for a refund. Absolutely no help and probably still have my order that i touched to the next person. Worst place to come to in the Morning. The location on Metric is way better and never messed up my order. My fault for trying their location but it probably has to due with Veronica being the completely useless at helping customers. If you encounter her make sure you check that she just didn’t accidentally give your order to someone else then back to you. The place is all over the place and I will definitely be taking the further drive from now on.
Wasn’t really offered a resolution other than to come back to get a new burger or to get a refund, which surprisingly can only be done in person?
