MORNING SHIFT ONLY!!!
The night shift has absolutely no problem making my drink but the morning shift i tell them every single time I order i have also gone inside and literally explained and showed them how to do it to multiple times multiple occasions…
whip cream on bottom, 3x extra caramel drizzle coating the inside of the cup and whip cream on top….
It is made wrong 80% of the time during the morning.
Yet again they give me this shit. Can someone please explain to me how difficult the drink is to make? Its 3 people specifically I will not say names… Ive even talked to the manager multiple times who said “my crew know what they are doing.” Obviously they don’t not AT ALL!!!
If you want your order made correctly go after 2pm.

They are very quick and reliable for me. I only had one mistake but they very quickly fixed mistake and gave me free frys for the inconvenience! My frappe could’ve been filled better but other than that. Its a pretty good McDonald’s!

I go 2 big breakfasts 1 with sausage and 1 with bacon. I waited 15 minutes for my order and when I got home I was missing my sausage and biscuit on one and the biscuit on the other and only got 1 peace of bacon that was 2 inches. When I called the manager answered and was very rude and didn’t want to do anything about my meal. She should not be the manager or even work there if that’s the way she treats customers. I was in the food industry for 14 years and would never even think about talking to or treating a customer like she did.

Unfortunately I stayes at the hotel right next door to this McDonald’s. After 3 weeks I will say this is the worse McDonald’s. Never get orders right, the lobby is almost never open at 5am. Seem like there is never enough people working their. Drink machine stinks and the Soda either comes out flat orr warm. I waitee 10 mins for someone to even ask what I wantrd, left, then 2 minutes latwr another person comes and ask me the same thing. I will never ever in my life walk inton a McDonald’s again. I will drive to Starbucks or buy a energy drink before stepping into another. Coffee sucks anyway and absolutely nothing convenient about this McDonald’s.

Me and my husband just stopped here early on New Year’s morning and the two ladies that helped took our order were so delightful and in such great moods for working on a holiday and we really enjoyed our experience plus the food was super fresh and delicious!

Went to start Monopoly game today at breakfast. No game piece on my game piece eligible item. Spoke with 3 different people none of them had any idea. Blamed the manager. They told me they don’t know. Had no game pieces. Game starts 10/6, the first team member said it starts 10/7… called the Burnet road location and they were fully aware of Monopoly starting today, 10/6. It’s always terrible here.

Stayed at rhw hotel next door. I don’t know if it’s the machine or the people there. Twixe I mad a dine in order, both times I sat there for 15 minutes before I had to go to the counter and ask them what’s going on. Both tines theh totally foeget about me.
Dont go for dine in. The rmplouees they hired at this McDonald’s seem to barely deal with the drive throug window. They are goinf to waste your time at look at you like they are.confused if you go in there.

They’ve been truly turning around in friendliness and in customer service. I haven’t had any more problems with my order and they have been showing improvement the staff and the manager has always been nice but now it feels like everyone else is too
