Ordered Happy Meal with a plain cheeseburger for my kid last night. Got mustard AND A STICKER cooked into the cheese. No answer when I called and no one returned my voicemail. Disgusting.

Empty- very cold no one to help our senior citizen to help with their orders. I called out for help and Estrella helped and told her how inconvenient it was that no one was at the register- 2 couples seniors walked out after looking at the machines . They wonder and got out. Owner if this place hire for more help and don’t forget technology is great for us but the Human touch creates mire smiling faces and will give you mire revenue!! Get the wisdom from our senior citizens.

The floor was not wet but dirty. I counted 6 employees and not one asking with we need it any thing.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup because I foolishly believed words still had meaning. “Curbside pickup,” as it turns out, actually means sit in your car for 20 minutes contemplating your life choices.
After waiting long enough to qualify for employee benefits, I drove through the drive-thru to see what was going on. No one there. Lights off. Fully abandoned. It felt less like a restaurant and more like the opening scene of a post-apocalyptic movie.
Naturally, I called the store. No answer. I assume the staff had transcended to a higher plane of existence.
So I went home and ate somewhere else — a decision I stand by.
Thirty minutes later (because timing is an art form), I received a text cheerfully informing me that my order was ready. Incredible. Truly groundbreaking logistics. Unfortunately, I am not equipped with a time machine, so the food remained uncollected.
Three days later, I called to request a refund. I was told to call my bank. That’s right — McDonald’s invented a new customer service model where you pay them, they disappear, and then your financial institution gets involved.
In summary:
• Ordered food
• Waited patiently
• Restaurant vanished
• Food appeared spiritually
• Money never came back
If you’re looking for a place that challenges traditional ideas like “open,” “service,” and “accountability,” this McDonald’s is doing bold, experimental work.
Would not recommend — unless you enjoy hunger, confusion, and mild existential dread.

I customized my meal by adding cheese which they forgot. I had to go back through the line and tell them and they slapped a cold piece of cheese on my disheveled sandwich. Mayo all over the place. Who wants a cold piece of cheese on a hot sandwich? I feel they should have asked if I wanted it remade and offered an apology. I’d prefer my Harker Heights location as they are much better at customer service.

This McDonald’s has improved since first opening. Same great quick food you come to expect and the staff in the drive-thru are nice and efficient. Thank you for keeping breakfast items available until 11 on weekends.

This is the slowest MCD on earth. Pretty sure paint dries faster than getting an order here. It is close to my house. I order online, in advance say I’m already there and still end up waiting a minimum 15 minutes usually longer. And chances are the order will be wrong. No one ever comes to the front or acknowledges anyone. If you attempt to order with a person, good luck. They will ignore you and go out of their way to pretend they do not see you.
I’ve ordered breakfast on the app only to arrive with the employees standing outside saying no one has showed up with keys.
Ask for a manager if something is wrong with the order you will be greeted with eye rolls and attitude.

Caught them reporting my order as ready 7 minutes before it was.
Also saw someone in the kitchen eat a fry out of a customer’s bag.
And then eat from another box of fries they then put in a bag.
Observed 2/12/26.

I agree with the other reviewers that someone from their corporate office should check on this location or at least the owner of the franchise needs to know what is going on at the branch. Sunday we waited in the car drive-through for 36 minutes only to get up to the pay window and no one was there she just vanished so the guy at the at the next window waved us forward. When I mentioned to him that the pay person disappeared he didn’t acknowledge. It took another two or three minutes to get our bag of food. I moved up to the next space to let the person behind me pick up their food. I decided to check my order and realized one full sandwich and the hashbrowns are missing from my order. The drive-through line was still extremely long so I didn’t get back in line. I pulled up to go inside To get the remaining of my order. All the doors were locked, which I thought was weird because I thought they had to be open during business hours. There were two other people trying to come inside to order knocking on the glass windows. I’m very upset that I paid for items that I never got, and there was no way to actually make contact with someone to get the remaining of my order by the time this was all done. It was 10:36 AM so breakfast had stopped serving. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this location. I’ve been there before placed an order inside the building for cookies. Only to be told 10 minutes later they were out of cookies. There was no attempt to offer a refund. They just gave us pies instead if we wanted pies, we would’ve ordered pies this location is suffering big time.

Food is meh it’s McDonald’s.The wait time is kinda absurd considering it is fast food. Im not upset about the fact it’s fast food but the customer SERVICE is not there either. I get it hard some days but work on this!
Many of your customers are emergency personnel, father’s and mothers with tight schedules. The least we expect is to be greeted with kindness.

Normally this place decent , I come maybe twice a month. Today I order at the kiosk at 12:01, I’m the only person inside it takes almost 15 minutes before they bring my food to me in a to go bag (I thought I ordered it for here) and man the McCrispy chicken sandwich was hella dry, fries were just ok and my Arnold Palmer was too damn sweet and normally I’m all for a drink with more sugar , won’t be back
