Horrible service using mobile ordering. Immediately handed drinks and told to wait in spot one. We weren’t given straws so my 7 year old granddaughter use fingers to have frozen drink. Waited 12 minutes in spot 1. Guy came out asking if we ordered the happy meals. Still no straws. Just told them it was easier to get them at home. Drove 5 minute to the house. Fries were already cold. Bad food, untrained employees, lack of leadership. And the new sliding window at window was already broken. Ultimately I just think my mobile was their lowest priority (2 happy meals and a double cheeseburger meal) and they just felt it was ok to wait.

Just went through the drive-thru. They had an exhaust hose pointing out the food delivery window. Blowing hot, stinky air right in your face while you waited to get your food. Not apology or anything. Certainly not up to health code.

The disrespectful drive through lady told me to move to the last window. I have been waiting for 25 minutes for a customers doordash order. I don’t understand what her problem was but I should not have to wait this long. They were able to help out 12 cars behind me. This is is ridiculous. Overall expected experience. Went through drive thru. Ordered basic combo. The presale bot/recording up front is bad and distracting and the person on the other end doesn’t seem to hear what is said while that ‘dialog’ happens. Waited 15 at pickup window. Team were very nice. Burger was cold and dry.
