Ordered 3 large drinks 10 peice nugget 2 McDoubles 2 bacon McDoubles and 3 fries. Got 2 large drinks 1 medium and zero sauces when waiting in line got told to leave while trying to ask for our large drinks and sauce. Use to love this location for good reason but lately, it’s been slacking. Missing items needed for the meal, charged me $31 for a $10 meal because the high-school kid didn’t verify which order was mine. Then told me I’d have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. It’s not difficult to refund cash for your mistake. This takes food money away from me for the rest of the week. No apology, just am attitude of being dismissive. Wouldn’t get manager either. 5/15/23 purchased.. I’ll be back the following Friday to get my money if it’s not in my account. Can’t trust these franchises to hold themselves accountable.

Nice place to eat, but when they came and brought my order to me. They forgot my drink. I asked the guy about it. He gave me an attitude and just gave me a small cup. Also, I guess this McDonald’s rents out space for people to sleep during the day. A few employees passed by and saw that guy sleeping, but they didn’t do anything. So I guess if you need a bite to eat and a place to crash for the night. Come in over to the new McDonald’s Inn & restaurant. They will take care of you.

I went to this McDonald’s for a late fast dinner but as usual the drive thru line was long and it took 30 minutes to get my food (due to the line) as I get almost to the window I see the message board NOW HIRING $13 an hour.. No wonder why you’re understaffed you don’t pay a wage that is competitive..These days if you want people to work $15 is the MINIMUM.. I know if atleast 2 Big Box stores that are starting at $17 in SM and Kyle.
