Great experience every time! The loyalty program is excellent, and ordering through the kiosks is quick and super convenient. The service is fast, the dining area is clean and comfortable, and the kids’ play area is a huge bonus for families. I always enjoy coming back. Had a great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Cynthia. She was super friendly, very talkative in a good way, and had such a positive attitude. She really took the time to recommend food combinations and made sure everything was right. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and represents the company well. Their team is INCREDIBLE! There is a woman working here who brought our food to our table- showing how good specific sauces we ordered were together, checking on ALL the customers.

This place is taking advantage of people. I paid 5.73 more at this place for the same order. The other McDonald’s that charges less us only a couple exits away. This one is also near two schools so you know they are ripping off students as well. See my receipts

Omg! We haven’t stopped in in a while and I’m so happy we did! Cynthia was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She helped us with the kiosk, she checked in on us throughout our meal and she was directing traffic to make sure everyone could park easily (this is a busy truck and trailer location) but she was out there taking care of business!!! Keep up the great work!!! Don’t let her go!

The wait in the line for drive thru was terrible. It should never be more than 5 minutes but this was way more as customers line up 5- 6 deep waiting on one car at the last window to get his food. Push that last car over to the wait isle and not leave him at the window. Don’t make people in the back wait for longer orders.
And once I received my food, it was luke warm and almost cool/cold. This was at near 9pm when they are less busy.

Total disaster. The electronic ordering machine wasn’t working. Nobody there to speak with. No cashiers & nobody spoke a word of English. The teenagers next to me couldn’t figure out their electronic ordering machine either. They were trying when I got there (I could tell they were frustrated & had been there awhile) & they were still trying to place their order long after I finally got the manager to take my order. Somebody put a bag of food on the counter & said something in Spanish & those poor girls had no idea what they said & if that was their food. I finally got help by yelling repeatedly for the manager. Of course she got my order wrong because she didn’t speak English either. But then I felt sorry for her because the milkshake machine wasn’t working. The food was consistent yummy McDonald’s but seriously – you need a counter person. My granddaughter wanted a whipped cream desert & there was no way I was going to go try & order food again. Heck no – too bad because their playground is nice. And wtheck happened to just a Happy Meal toy you could play with & collect? You almost need to be an engineer to put this one together. lol.
