Mobile order consistently takes 20-30 mins to get cold food. These were the large fries we got today after waiting almost 30 mins for curbside- not even half full. Almost always missing at least one item. Not worth the 20% coupon code to do mobile order obviously.

It never fails the sauces are left behind. A simple check from the last set of hands to touch the order could prevent this from being a persistent issue; however, it’s cheap, fast food. I know to never expect an “above and beyond”type of service.

Went there today for lunch, we went to the left lane of the drive through. The young boy says ” be with you in a minute”, we watched 3 cars go through on the right side so my husband says “Hello” & the guy taking the orders said ” I told you 5 minutes”. Food is normal McDonald’s quality, but the service at this location has been awful each time I’ve gone. I always place a curbside order, and today I waited 20 minutes in the curbside spot before giving up and going inside, where I waited another 10 minutes. Got my food finally, got in my car, looked in the bag, and they forgot my fries. Back inside I go. The lady tells me it’ll be a few minutes because they’re out of fries. I finally get my fries, but nothing else. Would it have killed them to upsize my fries or give me extra points on the app or something? Waiting 40 minutes at a “fast” food restaurant is ridiculous. I only go to McDonald’s because of the free food through the rewards, but I don’t think that’s worth it anymore.

Fries were cold, 2 of 4 happy meals were wrong. Big Mac only had 1 slice of cheese. Order arrived incomplete. Plus, we’re a big family and your protocol of having a thumb print for orders over $42, especially during busy hours, slowed down the order process significantly.

Genuinely incompetent. They were better when they first opened, now they can’t get anything right. After spending 3-4 minutes in the drive thru explaining to the girl that my order does actually exist and she finally found the right button to push the people preparing my order still managed to screw it up. So after going through all of this to get 3 sausage and cheese biscuits I wound up with one with cheese and two without cheese even though the ticket stuck to the wrapper says to add cheese. I would suggest avoiding this McDonald’s location completely.
