Tried to over charge me and the girl at the window was rude and making fun of me not wearing my dentures and telling another employee while laughing . My burger had way too much sauce and I asked for honey mustard and the gave me ranch. Not pleased with this location. They were also out or Diet Dr Pepper when I asked. I believe you should treat people how you want to be treated.

Ordered 2 burgers with Extra Onions & Extra Pickles… got no onions and regular pickles despite my order being taken correctly and the ticket reading correctly.
At least they got the plain & dry burgers for the dogs correct.

The worst Mac Donald’s I ever had I just wanted a snack before my doctors appointment so I order a large order of fries and a large ice tea. The fries were not done they were white clearly the person who bag these fries could see that the ice tea was too sweet so I trew both items in the trash. I will never eat there again and let my friends and family not to eat here Mac Donald do better your staff clearly don’t care if they did they would not give food out the way they did the time I went was 12:00 lunch time I wish I had taken a picture I had to go get me some real food at other restaurant again do better

I ordered a happy meal and they didn’t add fries. I couldn’t even come back to get my fries because I ordered off the screens and it didn’t give me a receipt. Instead of offering to print my receipt they told me to listen out for my order number. They didn’t even give me a bag for my TO GO order. Management was unhelpful, just stared at me like he didn’t know what was going on and didn’t get back to me about whether or not I would get the rest of my food. Workers had the worst attitude.

I mean I wanted to try the hot honey strips wrap… first I got a large meal but my drink was a medium, then don’t get me started with the wrap. Strips were dry, tortillas was hard not soft i don’t know if they was trying to grill it, and the sauce was ALL at the bottom! Then I was supposed to have 2 sauce hot honey and s&s but NOPE I got one hot honey and bbq like what…. I normally never leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s today was so subpar that I felt compelled to share it.
Going through the drive-thru, I noticed the holiday pie on the menu. The picture didn’t show what was inside and there was no description, so I asked the employee what was in it. I was told, “I’m not sure, sorry.” It’s completely fine not to know—but what surprised me was that there was no attempt to find out or ask someone else, which would’ve helped both me and any customer after me who might ask the same question. I never got a follow-up response.
When I pulled up to the payment window, things felt even more off. The young man didn’t greet me at all—no “hi,” “hello,” or even eye contact. I handed over my card, still assuming he might say something when he returned it. Instead, he just stared at me silently. It was so awkward that I ended up saying “thank you,” hoping to prompt a response. He finally said “you’re welcome” and closed the window.
The only positive part of the whole visit was at the last window, where the girl handing out food was polite and wished me a great day. I appreciated that, though that really is the bare minimum of customer service.
Overall, this visit was disappointing and uncomfortable. I hope the store can address the customer service issues so future experiences are better for everyone.

Me and my kids went through this McDonald’s drive thru and this specific location has raised the bar for customer service. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasent and treated us as if we were in a sit down dining restaurant. 10/10 appreciated!

I go to Mc Donalds almost every Monday morning. The people are always cordial no matter how early I show up. The food is good. The coffee is Amazing especially the ice caramel macchiato.

Morning service was fast considering drive-thru crowd. Ordering is always quick and easy on the kiosk.
Oatmeal had the right amount of water and scrambled eggs were slightly runny.
