I ordered my food in the app. The burgers were raw. I returned them and I was told that there was no manager on site and they couldn’t issue a refund. Went back the next day and was told no they would not issue a refund. And that mike lied he could have returned my money. And the only thing they are willing to do is make the food again. Frustrating to say the least. I would suggest you Drive a little further to the next McDonald’s

We’ve tried this location 3 times now. Slow every time. We did dine in breakfast. We were the only ones there and we couldn’t find a clean table and the food took forever. Today we tried to order online ahead of time so we could drive thru quickly and we still waited at least 10 minutes for our food once we got there.

They just opened so everyone needs to give them a break!!
We did have to wait a bit for our food but when we got it it tasted so fresh! The food here definitely tastes better than the other McDonald’s on Williams drive. I can’t wait to come back! The fries are perfectly salty!! Don’t change a thing with how y’all are preparing the food!

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They were out of several items I tried to order. The big mac was over cooked, the cheese was dry and hard and the bun was stale . The burger in the happy meal looked like a hockey puck and no apple slices! Very disappointed! No one at the counter to help. Definitely will not be going back!

It took way too long to start my order. Then at the window they gave me my drink. Then a teenager smacking her gum and laughing asked what I ordered and I told them. She then proceeded to give me another drink and my food. I said I already got my drink she then says “ok then what is your order because I asked you” with the worst attitude. My food is way over cooked as well. So far I’m never coming here again

Absolutely the worst location ever! They lack customer service and they are soooo SLOW! When you walk inside there is no one at the counter and they just look at you. No acknowledgment and management sucks as well. Don’t bother. Drive to the Williams location instead.

Unfortunately it’s a terrible McDonald’s. You have to wait longer than you should for your food and then it comes out cold and pink. The young lady who I informed didn’t tell me anything just took it and the next thing I need I got a new. Which was nice but there is lack of communication. I ordered something extra shortly after showing them my food and waited another plus 20 mins. Very disappointed about the wait it takes for food and no it’s not busy here. I did go to the counter and got 2 vouchers for my kiddos. Thanks to the young gentleman.

As someone who works in food service as a GM, I can confidently say this place is doing things right. For being newly opened, the food, service, and overall experience were impressive. The staff was kind, patient, and clearly putting in real effort, and it shows. New restaurants always need time to fully settle in, but this location is already off to a strong start. Some of the negative reviews feel unfair and unnecessary — especially when the team is delivering great quality and hospitality. Highly recommend giving them a fair chance. I don’t care if you’re from Sun City or not, there’s no excuse for being disrespectful to people who are working hard to provide great service. If not, spend a day behind the counter and see what it’s really like dealing with a select few of you.

I was really surprised by the negative reviews but decided to give this new location a try. It was Sunday morning about 8am and I was going to be passing right by this location so i decided to have breakfast. I ordered on the App and learned they have a cool feature where they can hold off on your order until you are nearby. I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo and it was sitting there for me in the store when I arrived. That was the highlight. Unfortunately the coffee was very acidic – not smooth at all. I could only drink have of it and had to take a Tums later. The biscuit sandwich was ok, but a bit dry and the hash brown was good. The inside seating is very limited but not an issue for me at that time. I’ll go back but probably won’t get another coffee
